Crazy john for a crazy work
I ask myself how in the world did I end up buying this product and then I realize how profound is the impact of Youtube on us ! :)My problem - my bathroom floors with off white tiles are quick to gather dirt, mud and water stains. Cleaning them requires significant physical strength- getting on your knees with brush and scrubber in hand and doing rigorous brushing ! The tiles do turn out to be swell and white and make you feel proud for a job well done. But I could never be consistent with this activity only to realize that am back to square one in a few weeks!Solution - I saw on YouTube of an easier way to get the job done. Mix equal portion of Citric acid granules + Baking soda and dissolve this in dish washing paste. (More details on youtube). Apply them on the floor and leave them. Clean the floor with ease without much hard labor. Problem solved !Pros of Crazy John citric acid -1. Company specializes in manufacture of niche stuff like citric acid- go with the expert!2. Product smelled of genuine strong lemon odour3. Consistently good reviews - I prefer to try new products only when I see good verified purchase reviews4. Outcome from usage of the product was as intended! - clean floors5. I liked the name- Crazy John :) though it's from Chennai!Cons -1. Price wise I found it to be relatively expensive though the 1 kgs box will last me few months, but didnt see any cheaper options though the hunt is ON. Hence the 4 star!

Product is soggy and lumpy and packing is not good
I would have liked the product more if packaging had been better. The lid of the box was not fitting well and inside was a simple sealing bag. The Citric Acid crystals absorb water from air therefore product was sticky and lumpy. For this reason I gave a 4 rating. Lets see if I buy this in future.
