Worst Customer after Sales Service.
Worst customer service. Received a defective piece. Lodged complaints with Orient Customer service. They promised to give a replacement. I kept on waiting for the replacement, which I didnt get even after elapse of more than four months. Interestingly, they closed my complaints three times without resolving the issue. I highly discourage the customers going after Orient brand of products.
