Poor quality with defective mount!
It was a defective piece and it got stuck on the mount of my Canon dslr. I had to spend another Rs 1500 to get it off. Totally useless & cheap product. Did 't use it even once

Locking system is not good. Its a sliding button not a ring
Locking system is not good. Its a sliding button not a ring. My flash got stuck on the camera, Its in repair shop now. It works well otherwise. Bounce is ok. you'll need f/2.8 at ISO100 in a 10 ft ceiling height room to get proper exposure when using as a bounce light. There is no way to adjust the flash power, it always fires at full power.

This is a great flash ONLY if it works on your camera
Build: 5 stars Price: 4 stars Usability: 1 star This is a great flash ONLY if it works on your camera. The so called "standard hotshoe" in cameras are not so standard at all. There will be mild differences in fit and most hotshoe mount flashes will have a ring to tighten up the fit. This one doesn't have a tightening ring and has a slide switch for locking.instead.. A design flaw I would say. I bought it for my Canon EOS 750D and it is a loose fit, though the lock works. The flash fires only if put some pressure on the flash and hold it.. Totally unusable. I guess my hot shoe has expanded a little bit owing to the very tight fit of my other Simpex 522 flash. So, if you have never used your camera's hotshoe before, this might fit and fire perfectly, I guess. Doesn't lock in my couple of film SLR at all. The unit will easily fall off if I tilt the camera upwards. Doesn't slide in fully with my Sony ILCA-68 DSLT, but locks correctly and fires fine. Perfect fit, works fine and the looks like "made for each other" with my Canon Powershot SX60 HS I tested it with fully charged "Camelion 2700mah" batteries and recycles within 3 seconds. Didn't make enough shots to comment on the battery life. Cons: Hotshoe lock is a design flaw. No PC port Pros: Price (Rs.1199 on 16-Mar-2018) The small form-factor looks great on small medium size cameras. Provides about double the power than the built-in flash

Sent without quality check
Very unprofessional quality check by the manufacturer. After fixing the flash on my DSLR I came to know that the unlocking arrangement is not operational so the flash was not sliding out. I had to break open the flash to detach it from the DSLR. Very bad experience. This can spoil your costly DSLR ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ.
