I really like this. Design is clean and simple. There isn't too many places for water to remain without drying and create pink ring. Waterpik is great, but many places turn brown or pink. It is disgusting. I also tried Usmile C10 Portable Water Flosser. It broke after a couple of months. Because it was pass the return time, Amazon couldn't do anything. This is more reliable brand. It is effective. I like the 15 sec alert although I floss longer. The water capacity is big enough that if I follow the 15-sec, I don't need to refill the tank. So far, so good! No leakage. Compact.

The product was good, but the packaging came soaked. Since the inside wasn’t really damaged and the product was new, I accepted. Philips has changed the charging port to a more proprietary charging port like the Philips chargers ( as available in Dubai with the C charging port) which is inconvenient as I’ve discarded the charging wire assuming it is a C port! My fault but while most are moving towards the universal C port ( including Apple), Philips wants to move away! Else the product is good, but not really value for money with cheaper, equally good variants available.

Item arrived timely and as listed. Item is bare with no wrapping or packing box. Box lightly damaged but item is fine.

Stopped working after 5 months. No warranty, no customer service.
