It says it has no binders, on the back of tub on ingredients says brown rice powder. 🙄No information on what minerals it contains , so guessing by that it's very small /trace amounts which is nothing. I don't feel any different from taking this supplement , I'll give it time as it's only been one week. The only thing I feel is absolutely tired about 30minutes to 1 hour after taking them. See how this unfolds in the long run.
