Love this! I am perimenopausal and this supplement helps me sleep deeply through the night. I am finally getting good sleep, after trying so many other supplements — and I have no grogginess in the morning. I feel more mentally sharp. This definitely relaxed me, and made me sleepy. I don't recommend using this in the daytime, unless you can handle a little daytime drowsiness. Definitely more appropriate for nighttime use. Effects are enhanced with magnesium glycinate, and/or tryptophan. If you have anxiety that increases at night, or just a difficult time getting to sleep, I highly recommend this combo. (Theanine/magnesium/tryptophan) Just don't use this combo in conjunction with benadryl or any other otc or prescription sleep meds, as it could be dangerous. This is an alternative to use in place of those.
