We use this for our spices and can goods and other stuff that was just thrown on random shelving units we had. Our kitchen is small and it was cluttered and a mess really. This does have to be built. I used mainly my impact driver but they do include a really neat little 2 in 1 screwdriver where the handle can detach from the long silver bit piece with a flathead on one side and Philips on the other and the Philips is all you need to put this together. At first seeing all the hardware and pulling all the pieces out is overwhelming but they include extra hardware. Not all of it will be used. They include hardware to secure it to the wall but it's sturdy and there is no need for it. It has a built in spice rack which is awesome. Basically in the 32 steps. You build the top half. Build the bottom half and then you will need one other person to help guide while you lift the top half and fit it into the bottom half. Otherwise I did it all myself. Then you put together the four doors and attach them and there will be 3 detachable shelving units left for you to decide where you want them at a high medium or low placement level inside the unit and it's done. I removed the table from my dining room to give me space and all together maybe spent 2 hours total building it. Most of the time was spent looking at pictures and making sure I was putting hardware in the correct location. It's really not that difficult compared to some of these other cabinets and pretty decent quality. I wasn't expecting it to be like oak or some pristine quality wood. It's affordable. Looks great and performs it's duty exceptionally well.

This cabinet is small and slim but holds a lot of items. It is appealing to look at. My son in law assembled it for me and said it was not that hard to get together. It did not take long to assemble either. It was a very good purchase for me and a value for the.price I paid.

Love this pantry cabinet. I use it as my spice cabinet. There were quite a few pieces to put together but all the pieces where labeled and the instructions were easy to follow. The top part of the cabinet is deep enough to fit my crockpot and there are multiple shelves on the bottom to fit all my spices plus my electric kettle. I'm very happy with the purchase.

As far as sturdiness, it's what you would expect for the price. It looks like a good quality of particle board...but still particle board. I'm far from and expert on pb, but I've put together things with much cheaper pieces. The book shelf incident of 02... The instructions weren't clear on applying the first set of hindges. To me it looked backwards but followed how it looked in the picture. No words just pictures. It was wrong, once I figured that out, the rest went okay. I put it together by myself, but the box I needed help bringing inside...it's heavy! I don't believe that is glass, but it's a good frosted imitation plastic type substance. I'm ok with that, it works better for where I'm using it. I did secure it to the wall. It looks nice finished, and sturdy enough for teas amd supplements. It won't become a family heirloom, but it looks nice. I will update if it starts to break, otherwise it's still holding up.

It took a long time to build but was not very hard to build. It takes 2 people and comes with a nice magnetic screwdriver, not one of those tiny hextools. The doors on the top are hard plastic, not glass, but I don’t mind that.
