Flowers almost dead can’t get refund
I ordered these flowers to be delivered to a friend for her birthday, they arrived 24 April 26, by yesterday, 26April 26, they were dying & roses didn’t open. All instructions for care were followed. I think part of the problem was that they were dispatched Wednesday 22April26 & delivered 2 days later I’m trying to request a refund but it’s impossible to get to speak to someone, very dissatisfied AMAZON, PLEASE REFUND, I’ve tried using your customer service options but to no avail

Poor quality
Unfortunately very disappointed with the condition of these flowers look nothing like the display. sent them to my daughter and sad they didn’t look nice at all almost as if they were over a week old .

Roses dead after 3/4 days.
Quite a poor bunch of flowers really. The roses were dying off after just 3/4 days. And just not quite as good as they looked in the picture. I was quite upset when my mum sent the pictures of her Mother’s Day flowers nearly dead after just a few days. Complained and fully refunded.
