Initially I got the face wash which was damaged and much of the product leaked due to bad packaging,but when I contacted the customer service they promised to send me another face wash without any extra charge.And thus I got another tube which was totally new and packed properly.Amazon truly never fails to satisfy their customers.So do not worry if the face wash will come damaged and will be a waste of money,rather trust amazon and purchase it.Coming to the face wash,this is the best strawberry face wash available in the market at this price which absolutely removes all dirt oil and makeup and gives a radiant fresh look to your face.It has a cooling effect on skin and the fresh delicious strawberry smell is just perfect for summers!I have oily skin with few pimples and have faced no problem or irritation after using it.It doesn't break me out rather helps me to dry out the pimples as strawberries are a good source of anti-oxidants.I had used this face wash when I was 10-11 years old when Lakme had first launched it and have loved it since then.Now when I saw this face wash at amazon and also at a lightening deal of Rs.135 I knew it that I have to grab the offer.I feel so good after using this face wash after 10 years or so and it revives my childhood memories.This is my first face wash and hope it remains the last one forever! Product is no doubt very good but I have ordered new blush and glow+vitamin C jelly facewash but received only blush and glow old version gel facewash

The gel based face cleanser gave me a fresh feeling. The gel based consistency did not make my skin dry and seemed perfect for sensitive skin. The scent was fruity. The gel had few beads for cleansing and it lathered well enough to cleanse the dirt and sweat on my face and neck. The package was red and pretty to look at. I have also bought the lemon scented gel cleanser of the same brand and I like both of them as a mild form of cleansing. But don't expect the cleanser for taking off your makeup. This can be used after you take of the makeup as the second cleanser to make sure all dirt is off your face. This can be used both morning and night and won't irritate your skin due to the gel consistency. It won't strip off your natural oils like other products. Unlike a scrub, this can be used very day. Everyone should try this product atleast once to see how it's mostly suitable for sensitive skin.

It's cute, nice appealing packaging, no issues with it arrival / transit. It has strawberry seeds in it to help exfoliate your skin. Can't comment on if it helps with acne & redness yet, but it doesn't smell of strawberry at all. It's got a very sweet, artifical & tart scent.
