Dont go buying a new controller!! Little bit fiddly to do but loads of youtube videos of how to fix.Easy enough to do. Just make sure you have the proper version. Make sure you have the pins in the proper way Excellent product. Well packaged.

Once selected the right component, this product is exactly what we needed. We managed to repair the controller, with no problem at all, and we made a huge savaing, and also we repaired rather than buying a new one so we reduced our impact on the planet. You just need to make sure you select the right component for the right controller.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Tool came in handy and the parts were easy to change. Worked well for my PS4 DualShock controller.

This part managed to kill my controller in less than 60 seconds. To start off i fix electronics on a daily basis - so am more than competant performing repairs. i fitted teh new charging pot (JDS-040) and and connected to my PS4 Pro and the charging light turned on, after about 30 Seconds the light flickered and went off. i picked up the controller and it was getting really Hot, and refused to power on. i then replaced the port with the second one in the pack but still it wont turn on but the controller however it continues get hot when ever connected to the power in a last ditch effort to check the controller was still working replaced with my original non-charging port and tried to turn on but no power LED. these replacement parts are defective and have killed my controller, which wouldn't have me that mad except that a Genuine Dual shock 4 is £44, i have not doubt that with the speed my controller was heating up these are a Very Serious Fire Risk

Absolutely perfect. Had 2 dead controllers that no longer charged (heavy handed kids fumbling with the leads). Swapped over, dead simple to do & took about 10 minutes. Would 100% order again

The USB ports are great and I was able to fit them in my DualShock 4s easily. I noticed that one of the ribbons in the pack were faulty as one of the controllers wasn’t turning on. I had to use an old ribbon to make the dual shock work. Other than that, my controllers are working again.

Great product, came with everything I needed and was at a great price. Managed to get my controller charging again!

Part did not work for me. I have a ps4 pro and the controllers that came with it are the CUH-ZCT2E for which I purchased the JDS-040. Unfortunately both parts on my controllers are opposites of each other and the JDS-040 I ordered are both the same (see pictures for original).

Questa piccola scheda di ricambio (nel kit ne vengono fornite due) permette di risolvere il problema della mancata ricarica della batteria nel controller PS4. Funziona perfettamente e scegliendo il modello corretto è identica all'originale e si inserisce perfettamente al suo posto. Fate molta attenzione quindi ad ordinare il modello giusto; la sigla della scheda da ordinare la trovate stampigliata su quella originale. Devo dire che il prezzo Amazon è caro, si trova anche a meno della metà, tuttavia il fatto di ricevere in 24/48H due schedine corredate entrambe di cavetto flat e di un piccolo cacciavite può a mio avviso giustificare il prezzo. Volendo, se non troppo stropicciato, si può ricollegare il cavetto flat originale. La riparazione non presenta particolari difficoltà per chi ha un minimo di praticità in queste attività, tuttavia le dimensioni miniaturizzate dei componenti e dei connettori possono causare un po' di difficoltà. Chiudo facendo notare che nel connettore del cavetto flat della schedina di ricambio, a differenza dell'originale, c'è una minuscola barra di plastica che va chiusa a mo' di ferno dopo aver inserito il cavetto flat in posizione. Non dimenticatela altrimenti il cavetto si sfila.
