It's quiet and does the job well. Convenient handle for removing the container that collects the water and pouring it in toilet. My recommendation would be to make a larger triangular pouring flap. It's rather small and unless I pour slowly, sometimes the water spills over the sides. So far, so good.

GREAT INSTRUCTIONS.....ONLY HAD TO THINK ON HOW PUT DRAIN HOSE ADAPTER ON TO HOSE BUT WORKED IT OUT. WATCH VIDEOS THEY ARE GREAT HELP. SIZE IS PERFECT. VERY WELL MADE PRODUCT. LOOKS WONDERFUL. PARTS ALL FIT PERFECTLY. STARTED UP INSTANTLY AND SEEMS WORKING GREAT. VERY QUITE. TIME WILL TELL HOW EFFECTIVE IT IS. HAVE TERRIFIC CUSTOER SERVICE DEPT WITH PHONE NUMBERS AND INFORMATION. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS PRODUCT..........SO FAR......REVIEWED MANY OTHERS LIKE THIS ONE BUT THIS CAME UP BEST BY MUCH.

So far I’m loving this unit for its size, the ease of removing the bucket for emptying, and how quiet it is. It seems effective in pulling moisture from the air, as we have to keep emptying. So far, love! One negative but only a negative on Amazon packing/shipping. The manufacturer box clearly states DO NOT REPACK and what does Amazon do? Packs it in a giant box that is of course not labeled on being careful or keeping it upright, so it was placed on my front porch upside down in this giant box, which also had way too much wiggle room. It was not securely packed inside the box. Not ok!!! So I was hoping all would work after the 24 hours of sitting upright. So far, it’s working. Amazon needs to address this!

Works great!! I have a much more expensive one from Home Depot and this one works better! Easy to dump the water, it’s quiet, doesn’t take up much space, sleek looking. Would definitely recommend!

The Velgoo VGE033A3BS 64 Pint Dehumidifier has been a great addition to our home overall. The sleek, modern form factor looks much better than the bulky designs you typically see with larger-capacity dehumidifiers, and it fits nicely into the room without standing out in a bad way. One of the biggest positives is the large water collection tank. It holds plenty of water before needing to be emptied, which makes it much more convenient for continuous use in damp areas. Setup was also straightforward thanks to the easy-to-follow user guide, and the push-button controls are simple and intuitive enough that you can start using it right away without digging through the manual. Performance-wise, it does an excellent job pulling moisture from the air and noticeably improves comfort levels quickly. The only downside is that the fan noise on the medium and high settings is louder than expected. It’s manageable, but definitely noticeable if you’re using it in a quieter living space. Overall, I’d still give it 5 stars for its performance, design, and user-friendly operation.

Quiet & efficient; does what it’s supposed to do!

This dehumidifier has been an absolute game changer. I purchased it for my small dog boarding facility, and the difference has been incredible. My previous dehumidifier only needed to be emptied every couple of days, yet the building still felt damp and humid. This one is a completely different story. I'm emptying the tank up to three times a day, not because the tank is small, but because it's actually pulling that much moisture out of the air. The improvement in air quality was noticeable almost immediately. The building feels fresher, more comfortable, and easier to breathe in. Even the air conditioner doesn't seem to have to work nearly as hard to keep the space comfortable. And the biggest surprise? The reduction in dog odors. Anyone who works with animals knows there can be a lingering smell no matter how clean you keep things. Since using this dehumidifier, the air feels cleaner and fresher overall. It's amazing what removing excess moisture can do. I'm genuinely impressed with the performance of this machine. It's working far harder than my previous unit ever did, and so far it hasn't missed a beat. If you're dealing with humidity in a home, basement, business, or pet facility, I highly recommend giving this dehumidifier a try. I only hope it continues performing this well for years to come.

Allegedly "new" items shipped in previously opened boxes with tamperproof seal broken & retaped. Tags on original packaging that say "do not cover" were covered with new labels. I peeled them back. From factory in China originally shipped to different address with different customers name. These items are refurbished, returned or used. They want customers to use manufacturer warranty & deal with replacement process while they pocket purchase price of "new" item. Initially contacted manufacturer customer service which is an AI email & never got a response. I purchased 2. BOTH were previously opened & delivered separately. Go elsewhere & avoid the headache. Had to take a day off to wait for UPS as AMAZON suggested I leave $420 in dehumidifiers outside & hope Noone steals them before they're picked up by UPS. Still haven't refunded me OR posted my review so customers can get a real idea of this product. Had I seen honest reviews from real customers like me, I never would have ordered this item.
