for a supplement this even tastes nice.
I bought this because it is said to be the best drink in the world for plaqued up arteries (heavy smokers take note). The taste is very rich, fruity and extraordinary. I take the maximum recommended dose - 25ml in the morning and the same again at night. It needs a 25ml measuring cup which can usually be obtained from your chemist (in my case Boots). I actually look forward to taking this very rich, tiny drink, nice and cold from the fridge. It's not the cheapest drink, but who cares if it does what they say.
