The mixed reviews on this are interesting to me because not only has it been a lifesaver I have stopped it in the past for a cheaper version and I was extremely let down this does everything it says it does if you continue to take two a day and if it bothers your stomach take it with some food this is the best ackermansia on the market at this time I've tried them all yes it's expensive but yes it's worth it.

WOW!! This stuff REALLY works!! For the first two days I only took one and but even on day 2 noticed my Abdominal bloat go down and feeling happier- a messed up gut messes with your mind/mood big time! They say it is our second brain but I feel like it's the first since it effects how our brain/mind feels and reacts. On the 3rd day I took the recommended 2 and OMG I couldn't believe how much my mood had shifted! And my bowl movements- MUCH better!! I am SO glad I stumbled across a commercial about it on YT! What a game changer!!

Made me sick
I have tried this off and on since I purchased it. Every time I take them I feel sick for day. I stopped taking them and sick feeling went away. Tried several times felt sick every time. Real expensive sitting on a shelf. Another waist of money.
