I blindly tested 4 mats. I did like this one. It was well-made and very durable. The fabric and spikes material quality were much appreciated. The main deal breaker for me was that the spikes didn't relieve my achy body as much as the more pointed ones. The pillow pressure was nice and offered enough support to feel the spikes starting to work their magic. I love the little lumbar support pillow. That was heaven sent. I honestly didn't smell any lavender in it. Overall, it you want a good quality not quite as spikey acupuncture mat go with this one. Had I not needed more spikes I would have kept this one.

I’ve been using acupressure mats for years and I bought this as a replacement for the last one. It comes with several pieces and I’ve found it to be really versatile. The packaging (reusable bag) is perfect and I’ve actually used it for more than just the mat. I like the pillows flexibility - it’s mold able to what you need. I’m nice you find ‘the spot’ it is super comfortable and I’ve fallen asleep on it. I’ve actually used it to help me fall asleep when my anxiety is up.

This is a game changer folks! I bought for my hudband for Christmas - we both use it. Yes it’s weird at first but the very first night we both slept through the night! We’ve had trouble in the past staying asleep, have circulation issues and pains in back shoulders and hips. The more we use this the better our blood flow and the less we ache! It is so worth it!

I can add my own accolades for this product. I read reviews of various acupressure mats/pillows and chose UNMERA. I read the reviews carefully and viewed some videos. I have a shiatsu mat and various prickly massage balls, but they simply haven't been helping lately. Perhaps aging is a factor since I'm mid 70s. I really needed some relief (from former injuries) and have been trying the various mats and pillow for a week. The relief has been incredibly successful. Tbh, I didn't expect this level of relief. I tried 20 mins. the 2nd day, and realized I'd made a mistake. I returned to 5-10 mins. for various body locations. 10 mins. on back; 5 mins. on neck/shoulders with pillow. I barely allow pressure on my feet. I'm having amazing results. The stiffness and soreness is slowly fading. If this level of improvement continues, I fully expect a pain-free body and vastly increased mobility within the next few months. My back has actually "cracked" several times as I've lied on the mat on my back on a bed. I know this sounds crazy, but I can actually feel the energy being released. Yesterday and today, I could feel real sore areas I didn't realize pinpointed and know they're restoring some energy flow. The whole idea is to flood these areas with fresh blood. What a difference!!

I highly recommend this product! High quality and not nearly as terrible as I thought it would be. I can already notice a difference with my injured leg!!! I’m in love.
