I'm impressed. No irritation & the colour is really nice " Natural black". Just a touch of grey showing at the front in one little place & that's where I must have touched my hair with the vassline as I was putting it around my forehead lol. I had a lot of grey b4 using this.

Absolute rubbish. Refuses to take on the roots. Complete waste of money which is a shame as I’ve always had great success with the crazy colour brights before, but the black is sub par.

I have grown out permanent dyed black hair that has now faded to a dark brown shade since I haven’t used permanent dye for over a year.Since I have found I’m allergic to ppd and PTD this has been a lifesaver.I have thin fine fragile hair anyway but this makes it feel soft and the colour is spot on, a dark brown/off black shade.I apply with a brush and use a mixing bowl and leave for 1 hour and it does the job I need it for.I can keep my dark hair without worrying. Yes it washes out quickly especially as I have to wash my hair daily due to it being so fine but I do this dye once a week and it keeps colour topped up with no damage to your hair. So if your like me and have allergies and want a dark brown off black shade I personally think this is great. It gives enough colour payoff to blend roots and I like the natural tone of it, if you want raven black maybe try their black shade not natural black! Either way yes weekly application isn’t ideal but when used with a hairdressing bowl and applied with a brush mess is extremely minimal and I enjoy using it. I must say I don’t have grey but my natural roots are very light brown and it does the job of covering these. I like it and it suits my hair type and allergy’s what’s more to want.

Did exactly what it was supposed to do, I have greying hair and I thought I would try to see what I look like when I was younger once more, easy to use that makes you put on gloves when doing it

Perfect colour & good value

Not bad but sadly my hair didn't take to it, didn't cover the greys i have and didn't give me the black I was hoping for, turned out more like a dark brown. It was very pigmented and stained some clothing after accidentally touching them even while watered down during rinsing my hair.

Got this in 'natural black' to go over mid-brown hair. Now, I wasn't expecting pure raven jet black because I didn't want blue tones, but also I was expecting that the hair dye would dye hair. It did not. After covering my whole head with about 1.5 bottles and leaving it for the maximum reccommended time, I washed it off only to discover the same mid-brown hair I started with. I've used this brand before years ago to go red so i didn't do it wrong or anything. The quality of the dye really must have declined since 2022 or so. Incredibly disappointing as now I'll have to spend more money to get something that actually works.

I'm was looking for a non damaging black dye to touch up already permanently dyed black hair, I find even permanent dye fades quite quickly to a reddish brown.This has definitely done the job I was hoping it would, my roots have blended in, my hair is darker and doesn't look that strange faded out black colour that leaves a red tinge to your hair. I'm pretty happy, it could have been a bit darker but I'll probably re-do it every couple of weeks, I'd rather that and use something that's kind to my scalp and hair than use permanent dye that still fades and damages.
