It installed very easily and I loved it

Excellent
This surge protector is placed before my 240V range as an extra protection. I also have a hole house surge protector from Siemens installed and this week we had a judge over voltage here in Costa Rica. The lights and even my laptop, modem and speaker's, all behind a backup device, stopped service during a little wile but started up again without any damage. Even the range had no problems at all. Excellent stuff.

Great surge protector
Easy install, more than enough cable length for a Square D outdoor sub-panel. Installs directly to 1/2” knockouts. Total time to install was maybe 6 minutes. Would be nice if they included crimp ring connectors for the hot wires, but you can easily get a pack. My last surge from Square D failed (or succeeded?) when a GFCI breaker blew out and both the breaker and surge unit had to be replaced. I have this protecting my pool equipment from surges on a 240v / 2-pole sub-panel.

With a whole house surge protector, you hope you never find out how well it actually works — but peace of mind counts for something. The build quality feels solid and the price is competitive. One important note for anyone considering this: installation requires working with your electrical panel, so you'll either need to be comfortable with electrical work yourself or hire a licensed electrician. Overall, happy with the purchase.

Easy to install and should protect from lightning
Installed in my garage connected to my solar power inverter sub panel. Hoping not to have any issues during our Monsoon thunderstorms. But this is why I purchased it, to protect all my equipment powered by my solar system.
