Fantastic Mop/Vacuum
This is the best money I've ever spent on a mop or vacuum, and I own a Dyson. It's incredibly easy to use, lightweight, self propelled, fantastic suction and great mopping/cleaning result. Yes, you need to empty the dirty water tank. Yes, from time to time you need to use the included brush to clean the unit itself. I'm not clear why this surprised anyone but it's not difficult to do at all. The battery life has been great, I've never had it go before 60%. I love, LOVE, the self cleaning and drying for the mop head when you put it on the charger. Simply put, I love this mop/vacuum. It makes cleaning my 750 square feet of LVT easy and almost fun. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

โญโญโญโญโญ Outstanding Product and Even Better Customer Service
โญโญโญโญโญ Outstanding Product and Even Better Customer Service I rarely write reviews, but Narwal truly earned this one. I purchased the Narwal Freo S20 Pro because I wanted a premium wet and dry vacuum that could simplify my daily cleaning routine, and it has exceeded my expectations. It cleans exceptionally well, is easy to use, and has become an essential part of my home. I honestly use it every day. After some time, my unit developed an issue covered under warranty. Naturally, I was disappointed, but what happened next made me an even bigger fan of the company. The Narwal Customer Care team was responsive, professional, and respectful throughout the entire warranty process. They guided me step by step, kept me informed, and honored their warranty without hassle. Once they received my returned unit, they promptly shipped me a brand-new replacement, which I have now received and am happily using. Everything works perfectly. In todayโs world, great customer service is just as important as a great product, and Narwal delivered both. I have already recommended Narwal to several friends, and at least three of them purchased one based on my recommendation. After this experience, I feel even more confident recommending the brand. Thank you to the entire Narwal team for standing behind your product and taking such good care of your customers. That level of support creates loyal customers for life. Highly recommended!

Words cannot describe how much I hate this thing
On paper, this sounds nice. The reviews also make it sound really good. In practice? I've been using it for a while now (few weeks, maybe a month or so?) and honestly, I hate it with every fiber of my being and plan to replace it. There is not a single thing I like about it. Here's the anger-inducing things I've experienced every single time I use this thing: 1. The clean water tank is small, so you need to refill it basically every time you use it. 2. The dirty water tank is extremely small, so you need to dump it every time even for small tasks or to use the self cleaning functionality. 3. Whoever thought it was a good idea to separate the solids from the liquids is now on the top of my list for people I hate. It's bad enough the water tank is small, and then it's made worse by halving it for this stupid solid separation crap which just leads to it filling up faster. I'm dumping this thing in a toilet. The only thing the solid separation stuff does is force me to also get my shower filthy trying to spray the stupid solids out of it because now they're just stuck in there and don't just fall out easily. Anything you can imagine this sucking up is probably wet since it's whole purpose is to mop and vacuum, so imagine the joy of having cereal or cat vomit chunks separated out from the water which means now you need to fight to get them out. Great time. 4. This stupid thing CONSTANTLY thinks that the water tank is full and tells me to dump it. Even when I go and fully take apart the tank and remove the filter and all that and spray them down to remove everything, it still will often thing the tank is full. And because of the size of the tank, when it does work it just fills immediately as mentioned in 3. 5. As far as I can tell, the detergent meter doesn't even work. I have not seen it change at all regardless of if the detergent tank is full or not. 6. It smells. It smells really bad. And, if you miss any "solids" in the stupid solids chamber, guess what? You're gonna have a lot of mold and an even worse smell. You basically need to manually and thoroughly clean the tank with soap every single time you use it for anything. It's such a terrible design that I cannot even begin to fathom what the thought process was with the solid separation crap beyond just sounding nice. If you're dumping this in a sink, that's gross, and you can't really just dump it into a trashcan either, and the solids are always disgusting and caked together, so yeah you're basically going to be hosing this down in a shower or outside which at that point it would have been easier to just use a normal mop and not deal with all of the annoyance after. All in all, I hate this thing, and now I don't have the box and I'm pretty sure I'm beyond the return window, so now it's just going to be collecting dust and wasting space. Nothing about this has been more convenient than just grabbing paper towels and some spray. It literally solves nothing and makes everything so much more annoying to the point that I rather entirely avoid using it for anything it's intended to be used for.

Amazing vaccum
Love this vacuum mop! We use it everyday we have 3 dogs, 3 cats and 3 kids. It will stay charged for the entire 2000 sqft house. Doesn't use much battery life and actually leaves the floor feeling clean. The self clean is an amazing feature! I would recommend buying the Narwal brand rollers and filters. The nock offs are not to spec and not as good of quality. I also put a little bleach in the bottom of the dirty water tank to help with smell, bacteria and doesn't mess with any seals or mechanics of the vacuum. Highly recommend!!

Narwal S20 Pro Vacuum and Mop
I did a good bit of research before buying this vacuum mop. I had a shark hydro vac and it was ok/good but I felt like there were better options out there. Now let's talk about cleaning with the Narwal S20 pro it has 5 modes, Smart mode, Suction mode, Turbo mode, Quiet mode and when you pull the trigger MAX mode. The animated screen on the handle will tell you what the machine is doing at all times. When using the Smart cleaning mode it uses ai DirtSense techology and will detect how much dirt is on the floor and proced to clean accordingly. If it detects dirt or high dirt it will reve up the brush, cleaning solution out put and suction. It works amazing well hands down. It has a suction only mode which I haven't had to use yet because it leaves behind very little water on the floor. It has some serious suction at 20,000 Pa. It has a self propelling design with the clean water tank in the base of the unit which gives it a low center of gravity. It can lay flat at 180 degrees to get under furniture like your dining room table. If you come across a very dirty area and the Narwal detects that it's brush has become too dirty it will let you know via talking to you that it needs to be taken back to the base to clean itself. That way your not spreading dirt or bacteria around your floors. When your done cleaning with Narwal S20 pro does a smart cleaning on its self. It will detect how much cleaning it needs and gives you the time it will take to clean. It has heat bar that disinfects the brush which it calls iron drying and it reaches 149 degrees. It also will dry the filter in the dirty tank which is something I was looking for. The dirty tank has a handle to help you left it out to empty and also has a flip part to flip out the solids which is really nice. The manual says the filter in the dirty tank should last 2 to 3 months. The clean cycle is super quiet which is a huge plus. I was able to clean around 1,100 sq ft and the battery was only went down to 42 percent. So far I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

Cleans well but needs to be cleaned as well
Cleaning: It does a good job of cleaning hard surfaces. Donโt expect it to scrub your floor clean. It does well picking up bit and pieces and the mop function is not just a gimmick. Every time I look at the dirty water tank after a cycle, it feels satisfying. The battery life has never been a pain for me. I always use it in intelligent mode and it easily lasts for the entire cleaning cycle. Iโll give it extra points for being super maneuverable. It will not tire you out. Post cleaning: This is where I have major issues. Firstly, it will leave a dirty water train at the point where you pick it up to place it in the dock. Then comes the tank cleaning part! You need to clean the tank within a few hours. I have kept it lying around for a couple of days and have seen things grow in the tank that is gut wrenching! This makes it difficult to maintain. They shouldโve extended the power drying to dry the solid waste compartment too. Things can get NASTY very quickly in there and is not fun to clean at all.

Fantastic machine so far!
I got this a couple weeks ago to clean my apartmentโs hard and laminate floors when it was on sale during Prime Day. I donโt write many reviews but I just love what itโs done so far on my floors. Its functionality doesnโt make the thought of cleaning the floors feel like so much of a drag for me anymore. That is because it has saved me a lot of time from having to vacuum and mop afterwards and it is also very intuitive. It will show on its display when you are going over dirty surfaces, even really dirty ones (they call it โHigh Dirtโ). It will also tell you when things need to be changed (i.e. the battery is low and the vacuum needs to charged; the roller is jammed and needs to be removed to address the source of the jam, the clean water filter is low and needs to be filled again, the cleaner needs to be refilled, the roller is dirty and needs self cleaning, the dirty water filter should be cleaned to avoid bacterial growth). I knew my floors were dirty when I started using it but I couldnโt tell how dirty they were. Iโve honestly never come across anything that cleans hard surface floors like this. The dirty water filter was nearly 3/4 filled with close to pitch black dirty water about 3-4 separate times I ran over my floors the first time I used it. It also picks up a lot of hair and other debris at the same time. Cleaning the dirty water filter isnโt bad because the top half captures the solid debris and I use a paper towel or two to easily remove that. The bottom half carries the dirty water and Iโve been emptying that down the toilet. I then rinse out and gently clean the dirty water container, put it back on the base, and the thing dries the dirty water container and cleaned roller brush. My only slight challenge is it really will not stop telling you to clean a dirty roller brush until you put it back on its charging base, let it spend three minutes washing the brush, clean the dirty water tank to avoid bacterial growth, place it back on the base and wait another thirty minutes to get a dry brush and dried dirty water tank to use it again. It could be worse as I know some vacuum mop models require you to manually clean rollers brushes yourself and wait overnight for those brushes to dry for you use it again. But if your floors are really dirty as mine were previously , plan on factoring in at least an extra 2 hours to properly clean 1-2 small to medium-sized rooms. Itโs a minor complaint considering my floors have never been cleaner. I do hope Narwal is developing a similar machine that will clean carpet and other fabric surfaces and allow you to use hose attachments to do the same thing on other furniture and surfaces this model it does on hard floor surfaces. Hopefully Narwal is planning to release another machine that can do just that really soon. Iโll likely shell out the money to buy that too based on my experience with this machine. Itโs been fabulous for me so far!

Buy it now!!!
My husband did extensive research finding a dual vacuum mop. This one came in first place when it came to comparing price and quality. We went for mopping our floors, probably once a month to mopping our floors every other day. It is so easy! At first, I was a little scared to have it run over things like decently large chunks of food on the floor that my toddler threw down, but once I realize it absolutely can do that. I really just roll over just about everything now! It has really great power and it is easy to clean. Iโm giving it five stars because thereโs really not much I would change about it, but the downside would be that it does sometimes get clogged and will still run and unless you manually check it thereโs not a super clear way to know that thereโs a bunch of hair bound up behind the roller brush. Also, there are a couple of parts to clean, but thereโs this little dry filter at the top and itโs really easy to lose the bottom part that it sits in when you are cleaning it out. You just have to be careful of that! The battery life is great and we can mop our whole house and still have probably 30 or 40% left. We have a four bedroom home. It can fit under a decent amount of stuff, but youโll still have to move some stuff around to get in those hard to reach areas such as under the couch. One other thing Iโll add is that itโs always pushing out freshwater versus a traditional mop where you have to dip it back into the dirty water bucket. It truly makes for a lot cleaner floors and the water that comes out once youโre done mopping is disgusting so we know itโs doing its job! We absolutely love it and we tell everyone about it. We seriously do use it all the time! And our floors are so much cleaner than they used to be!

Cute little thing
Things I like: It propels forward, so I don't have to push, and it moves fine even on uneven surfaces. Cleans well, especially the mopping. The smart mode tells you if you need to keep cleaning the area. Is very easy to use, not that complicated to understand the instructions. It's not that heavy. Less than most vacuum cleaners. It performed great on hardwood and vinyl and ceramic tile floors. Things I didn't like: Clean water tank and dirty water tanks are pretty small. So to clean my 3 bedroom I have had to empty and refill them 4 or 5 times, it was extra dirty too. Battery didn't last a long time either. Had to charge it twice to cover the whole area. It tries to run away. Since it propels forward, you have to put in some effort to pull it back, not a lot though. Still better than most vacuum cleaners. It cried when I put it on a small rug. Didn't work at all. The roller jammed. Best part is that the roller is cleaned by itself. Love thos functionality. This does that over 20 mins to clean and dry. I think it's a bit on the expensive side, but I do think it's worth the penny. I hate mopping because of the watery state the house is in, and I hate cleaning the mop after. I can't touch the mop after cleaning. This one solves both those issues. Also, I have a dog who enjoys the mud a little too much, so this makes my life easier. I can just run it for 5 mins and all the mud gone.

Great for Busy Households
This vacuum mop makes cleaning hard floors quick and easy. It picks up dirt, pet hair, and spills effectively, and the self-cleaning feature saves a lot of maintenance time. The cordless design is convenient, and the battery life is more than enough for regular cleaning. Overall, a great choice for families with kids and pets.

Defective self standing
The Narwal S20 Pro vacuum mop works great! I've had it for about 5 months. Love how quiet and easy it is to use. But recently, it had trouble standing upright. When it was time to add more clean water, I pulled out the cartridge and noticed springs in the compartment. Now it won't stand on its own at all. I will be contacting either Amazon or Narwal about repairing or replacing the unit. --- update--- I contacted Narwal customer support. The agent was very helpful and easy to talk to. They agreed to send a replacement unit after confirming it was still covered under the one year warranty. The replacement came in a few days. It's now as good as new, cleaning the floors again. If not for the initial defect, I would have given the unit 5 stars. Thank you Narwal!

Just what I was looking for!
Amazing machine. I've been wanting a wet/dry vac for a year now, and I had watched many videos on the best to get. This came up as #1 in many YouTube videos. I didn't receive it until after Christmas unfortunately, but I tried it out as soon as it arrived and was amazed! The solution doesn't leave a smell, but it does have a nice smell when you open the bottle. The machine is easy to clean, and I would recommend to rinse everything after every use. It does leave streaks until fully dried, which is not a big deal. When it detects dirt, the machine will change the speed setting of the roller brush to really scrub the floors, especially in spots you wouldn't notice or cannot tell are actually dirty. I would also suggest doing a quick Swiffer dust of the floors before using it just to prolong the life of the vacuum, especially if you have a lot of dog/cat hairs or you shed a lot yourself. I just think this will prolong the life of the vacuum and all of its components. These are just my thoughts :) Maybe I will come back in a year and let you know how it has held up!

Bought on feb 10. Stopped working April 24th. Gives me dirty tank error. Changed filter, cleaned the tank. No luck. 2nd day I canโt use vacuum that costed me $700 :( Otherwise when it was working it was one of the best dry/wet vacuum I ever tried.
