Very happy with this kettle,it looks good and boils extremely quickly

Lovely kettle, quick to boil, very quiet, can wash the filter and no spillage when pouring- really love it, bought another one as spare as great price

Bought in December, it had a crack in the handle and we should have returned it but we didn’t. Despite this, it seemed a good kettle and looked good. However 4 months later, it leaks from the spout when you pour and looks a complete mess due to scale, despite descaling often. Obviously not Chefmans fault that we have hard water but most concerning is that it leaks boiling water. Would not recommend.

The kettle itself is really good. It’s the first kettle I’ve owned, where the flick switch doesn’t bounce back up if you take it off the stand (while boiling) to add more water, which to me is a plus. Aesthetically, it looks good, but the trim at the top of mine kept pinging off on one side after we’d had it a few days. It got really annoying and hard to put back on when the kettle is full of hot water, so my partner removed the trim altogether. It doesn’t really detract too much from the appearance, but I’ve knocked one star off for this, as a little more thought into the design would have prevented this happening, as the trim was tucked into the handle on both sides. The lid needs removing altogether to fill, and it fits on really well, with a satisfying ‘click’ into place, and doesn’t get too hot to touch, if you need to refill to reuse straight away. I don’t consider it to be a noisy kettle, but obviously you can hear it as it heats the water up. It’s not as tall as my previous kettle, although it holds the same amount of water, it’s just slightly wider round the girth of the kettle instead. It doesn’t take too long to boil, I’ve had slower kettles, it all depends on the wattage of the kettle of course. I boiled my kettle twice (and discarded the water each time) before using it to make tea/coffee, but there were no obvious ‘factory odours’ lingering on the kettle prior to first boiling. Overall, it doesn’t what it’s supposed to do, and I’m happy with that.

The one hour keep warm function is great for those 2 coffee morning's and those times where you start to make a drink but end up getting distracted in between. The large tea infuser just slides in and out of the lid with ease, and the different temp modes are handy... who knew that tea different tea's and coffee require different temps.... eye opening. It is a great kettle.

Excellent kettle, such good value for money. Boils a full kettle in no time at all! Plus, no horrible metallic taste when the waters boiled.

I had to order a kettle a few months ago, so found a glass one, but the lid leaked. They very kindly replaced, but the lid still leaked, the pour was slow and you had to go careful when pouring as the handle got hot and u could feel the heat from the glass body which u had to go careful with. Not only that, the drips from the lid. I painstakingly looked for other brands and came across this one. The handle is perfect, doesn’t get hot like the other one did. The spout pour is sooo much better on this one, and the lid doesn’t leak. I wish I got this one sooner. This is much better for my disabled son to use as it’s much safer and I feel a lot more confident letting him use it. Very sturdy and great to use.

Such a great value for the price! I absolutely love my new electric kettle. It heats water quickly, and the automatic shut-off feature gives me peace of mind and makes it very convenient to use. It's compact and doesn't take up much space on my countertop, making it perfect for smaller kitchens or limited counter space. I also love the LED light that illuminates while the water is boiling, it's a fun touch and lets you know it's working at a glance. Overall, this kettle is stylish, practical, and a great addition to my kitchen. I would definitely recommend it!

Love this! I prefer my coffee to be made as a pour over! Heats up fast and shuts off when its appropriate. I've used it everyday, twice a day since it arrived! Very happy with my purchase

Works great & is excellent quality. Only draeback. the lid does not pop-up, you have to take the lid off manually to fill the kettle. Also it is fairly heavy to lift & our so maybe not the best for a senior person or anywae who has seakness in hands and arms. But I like it and recommend it !Excellent

The first kettle I ordered leaked out of the side wall, at the top seam between the metal and the glass, I found small puddles on my counter before I realized it was leaking. Not being waterproof is a pretty huge fail. But I actually loved the kettle otherwise, it heats quickly, looks pretty with the blue light glowing, I love that the lid pops off to fill it easily, and it's super obvious how much water is in it (no squinting through a tiny port). So I returned the leaky kettle for a refund and got a new one, it's working well, is waterproof and I like it more than any kettle I've had before.

This thing is the best! I don’t drink coffee, so when my Keurig gave out on me, I decided to investigate an electric kettle like our friends across the pond have. It’s attractive. The little blue lights that turn on when it’s heating are pretty. It’s fast. Good Lord, it’s fast. It’s so easy to use, and the automatic shut off is a great feature. No boiling the reservoir dry when I forget I was making tea. My tea tastes great too. Because the kettle is glass, it doesn’t pick up any metal taste like a stove top kettle can. I really enjoy this kettle, and I can still make coffee in a French press or pour-over coffee maker for guests. It’s an all around win for me.
