No, it doesn't work, it doesn't make your stomach flatter, the short bars dig into you and make the garment uncomfortable. There is no method on the waist that stops it from rolling down. I will just stick to wearing a waist trainer, that's far more effective.

Arrived quickly. Fit well, only worn once so far, did not roll down, felt very comfortable. Did what they said. Smoothed out my rolls of fat.

Really uncomfortable unfortunately. Ordered but had to go up a size as very small fitting. There was no difference in sizing so feel as iv wasted my money as can't return. However, if you dont mind the discomfort, they do actually suck you in to a certain degree. Will wear just when needing a bit of help when going out as opposed to all the time.

I was looking for a shape wear I can wear under my jeans and I found this. Took a size bigger cos I want comfort notwithstanding tummy shaper, and I must say I am impressed tht it still gave me hold I wanted!!
