Great price and quality. It is beautiful addition to dining room. Expect to take some time hanging each crystal piece and getting it right but not a big issue.

This is absolutely beautiful! Could not be better. Relatively easy to assemble, just takes time. I would highly recommend this if you are in the market for one. I love that it is crystal and not plastic. Nice, heavy, sturdy. Love it!!

When my electrician assembled and hung this up, I was stunned by the beauty! The crystals reflect different colors like they are supported to, and Wow does it elevate my dining area!! So classy and electric and it did not break the bank. Highly recommended!

A pain to put together but it looks beautiful once you do. I bought a cheap black medallion and it really makes this pop. But this fixture really brought my moody plant room together.

Absolutely beautiful chandelier. Looks much more expensive than it is and adds such impact to a room. The installation was extremely tedious, but it was definitely worth it.

Watch the video before starting to install!!!!!! The instructions included are okay for the installation part but the assembly of all the crystals section of the instructions is absolutely worthless. It's literally just a black and white picture of the light with a couple arrows. And keep in mind that none of the crystals are attached. You have to assemble them. It would have been helpful to know that it's easier to put some of them on beforehand. The tiny loops that you have to pry open (like a keychain ring but flimsier) have to be hooked on an eyelet that's has about a millimeter size opening. And several places have more than one that needs to hang from the same eyelet. It ended up taking me about 2 hours just to attach all the crystals which doesn't include the 20 minutes to just take them all out of their individual ziplock bags. I have 4 fingernails that are bleeding from underneath from prying the loops open. I realize that the price is reflective of the light not being assembled but just beware of how difficult it is. Also if you need reading glasses you will certainly need them to see the little eyelets. One last thing to mention is that there's 5 places where 3 loops need to attach in a single eyelet. It matters what order they go in. The single crystal has to be attached between the ones that go off to the sides of else it doesn't hang right. But I will say once it's done it is a beautiful fixture. I would have given it 5 stars if even a little bit of it was preassembled. Good luck and definitely watch the video!

LOVE this chandelier. Had an issue with the directions. They indicated there were color coded wires (red and black) which were to be wrapped together, however owing to the clear structure of the chandelier's arms the wires are wisely NOT color coded. There is a "ridged" wire casing and a "non ridged" casing. Directions should perhaps be corrected to mention this fact. Once the casing was identified it was easy to determine which wires went together. Another comment regarding directions - I ended up NOT putting any crystals on until I had the chandelier up! And with regards to hanging the chandelier, we needed the help of a handyman because the lighting fixture we replaced had a different mounting plate - had to do some customization to fit. Also needed some patching compound for the ceiling because our ceiling hole was just slightly bigger than the cap on this chandelier would cover. No biggie. These were issues unrelated to the fixture itself. I had measured what we had and thought this would fit. It was close and the chandelier is WELL WORTH the few issues we experienced getting it up. CUSTOMER SERVICE is EXCELLENT! I needed an additional ring - as one broke when, following directions, we started putting crystal rings on the arms before hanging chandelier. One of the arms moved, hitting the other arm and breaking the ring we had placed. That's when we took the rings off and knew we would hang all crystal parts once the chandelier was up! I explained what happened to the customer service representative and he was understanding and excellent - actually had two new rings sent to us immediately. As previously mentioned, we decided to hang the chandelier FIRST and then added crystals. In my opinion, the fixture looked great even before I added the crystals .... LOVE the prisms that now shine in my beach side bungalow dining room. Very SEASIDE CHIC!! LOVE it!

This is a beautiful chandelier and amazing value for money, I searched in a lot of shops before buying this and nothing came close for the money! It does need assembling and it will take about an hour but I came well packaged and labelled with good instructions. I found a you tube video that helped with assembly and we did get an electrician to install it but it was not hard.
