I've been using the Soundcore Q20i for a long time, and this review is based on my real experience. The sound quality is excellent with deep bass, clear mids, and crisp highs. The overall tuning is well-balanced, and the Soundcore app allows plenty of EQ customization to suit different music genres. One thing I really liked is the low latency during normal media playback. While watching YouTube, movies, or web series, I didn't notice any lip-sync issues. The audio stays properly synchronized with the video, making the viewing experience enjoyable. The battery life is outstanding and easily lasts through several days of regular use. The ear cushions are soft and comfortable, even during long listening sessions. Active Noise Cancellation works well for reducing constant background noise such as fans, air conditioners, and traffic. Transparency mode is also useful when you need to hear your surroundings without removing the headphones. The build quality feels solid, Bluetooth connectivity is stable, and the microphone is clear enough for everyday voice calls. Bought it 1 week ago , charged once , i use it hardly 2hrs a day with anc on all times, so didnt need to charge it again yet !! I use it in gym so sometime it slips while doing some exercises !! Anc is amazing as it blocks all the gym background noise of people talking , weights banging and gym speakers sound . Transparency mode is v bad as it ruins the sound quality !! Normal mode provides the best sound quality but it also reduces somewhat of the background noise !! 3.5mm cable provided in box is of low quality so i bought new ptron brand 3.5mm cable from amazon as i use it wired for gaming !! Works amazingly goood for gaming in WIRED MODE !! Also audio quality is far better in wired mode but theres no noise cancellation available in wired mode !! Worth it for 3999/- A case for protecting those headphones shoudlve been provided as wireless headphones are fragile no matter what brand you buy !! Didnt choose its competitor Jbl660nc as that headphone doesnt have app support but soundcore headphone has a smooth helpful app . Also weight is less and connectivity issues are nonexistent !! You can go for it no doubt Update : 08-08-2024 . On 29th July , 2 days after recieving the product , wired mode stopped working , as i had bought other 3.5mm cable for it , it didnt work w the headphones , also the original cable also didnt work with the headphones !! i used both the cables with my redmi phone and both of them cables were working , so the headphones were at fault and werent working in wired mode !! so on 29th July itself i placed a REPLACEMENT ORDER . the replacement product shouldve arrived on 2nd JULY before 10PM . At 9;40pm on 2nd july i got a call from delivery agent saying his tire is punctured and that he cant come on 2nd july so he will come on 3rd july before afternoon !! He didnt come before afternoon and then stopped recieving my calls and then later marked the replacement as rejected by the customer FYI < I HAVENT REJECTED ANYTHING !! After this i have talked to 5 amazon representatives on helpline number who PROMISED ME that i will get my replacement on 4th July !! Ofc on 4th july again at 9:30PM i got call from AMAZON DELIVERY HEAD of our area saying that my package will arrive on 5th july !! and that lady called mansi who apparently works for amazon , right after the call ended she herself marked the replacement again as rejected by the customer !! this time i got v angry , i called helpline again , and this time they said that due to rejecting parcels many times, replacement cant occur and now i have to give it return and get refund !! thankfully i gave return and got refund on time !! but my point is , i have been prime member since 2019 and i havent ever recieved or faced such liar delivery agent and area head managers before !! they all lied and blamed it on me that im rejecting the parcels !! this is so wrong from amazon !! im not blaming anker at all , i have anker charger , charging cable and i know their after sales service is good and also the headphones can be faulty i accept , but amazon has ruined the experience for me !! now before buying any tech product from amazon ill think twice !!

For the budget under 5k, this headphone is BEST. Writing after using it for a month. ANC is good. it can reduce the noise by 80-90%. In normal areas, it's hard to hear anything outside especially if you have something playing in headphone with noise cancellation on. Battery backup is amazing as well. I hardly charge it once every 2 weeks. Even though I use it for at least 3-4 hours a day. Hinges are metallic so it's build is nice. There is no worries about it falling apart from the hinges. They are comfortable to wear. Cushions are soft. And it's fit over my ear is perfect. Maybe if you have bigger ears, it might feel awkward but in my opinion, that shouldn't happen. They are big enough. I SOMETIMES face connectivity issue when I had my headphones connected to 2 devices before turning it off. But if it was just a single device, the connectivity is also amazing. It connects as soon as I turn it on. The app of Soundcore is also good. It doesn't have much features but it has what is needed - eq presets and custom eq option. ANC mode - On, Normal, Transparent Sound quality is amazing. Especially if you love to customise Equalizer, it can sound even better depending on your settings. The sound doesn't distort even on high volume. If you are a casual gamer, you can also use it for gaming. But you can notice a SLIGHT sound delay for games. It is no for hardcore gaming. Overall, I'll give it a 9.5/10 based on my experience so far. Score is based on functionality + quality + build + design/comfort + thr budget it is offered for.

I have been using it since the last 6 months, and I would say that it's worth every penny I have spent on it, the breakdown of the rating is as follows: 1. Build quality: (4.5/5) it's plastic is pretty good, I have got the black variant, so it's quite prone to scratches but I have also had a rough usage from the past 6 months so no complaints, the cushions (ear padding) is also great, no sweating over long usage or irritation. The padding on the head is also comfortable. 2. Anc:(4/5) the anc isn't best but good in the segment. It can cut off the fan noise and other noises too. 3. Transparency:(3/5) it's pretty basic, but makes the sound feel like it's on high frequency which sometimes can be irritating. 4. Sound:(5/5) the sound is amazing, the app has 22 different presets and you can choose according to your likes. The base it also good. If you are a gamer then there is a little latency but not too much. If you are using aux then the latency I just 0. And the sound on aux is pretty standard and flat.(I would prefer music on blutooth) Battery: (5/5) the battery life on it is just amazing, I use for like 5-7 hours a day and charge it once in a week. And it charges fast too. Few extras: I have received 2 updates from the last 6 months and I have felt that the dual connection feature has been more optimized than before. Also the app ui is user friendly and good It also sometimes doesn't connect automatically when I turn it on but not a big deal. Overall:(4.5/5) I got it for the price of 3.8k and it's a amazing deal for the price.

bought it a year ago , it's one side stopped working , i tried to claim my warranty , I asked for replacement or repair or another model of this ones not available by paying some extra money they lied we don't have any stock at the moment and offered me a 30% refund , I refused then they offered 50% , out of options I had to accept it this was a terrific experience I bought this by spending hard earned money , it didn't even last a year. product seems good at first , but it's just feel sturdy it shows its tru colour in about 6 months , leather starts to peel off. costomer care portal isn't there you have to communicate through mail very bad experience, don't go for this no matter what it's a terrible product

This is a one year review after using it for an average of 3 to 4 hours per day. The audio quality is good. This was my first proper headphone so i do not have anything to compare with but the audio quality is goo. The problem i faced was in battery life, in just under 7 to 8 months the battery stopped charging fully and i had to use it wired only and was not able to use it via bluetooth as its battery used to drain very fast. So i raised a replacement request and they sent me a refurbished product and the same problem have started occurring in it as well, i am one month out of warranty period so cant even claim warranty. I tried resetting them unpairing and doing all sorts of things like changing the adapter i used to charge it but no results. And on the ear cups they have like torn apart in just one year of use. Apart from audio quality these headphones do not have longevity battery as well as quality wise. The customer care experience was good though, i got the replacement immediately no matter of of what quality after raising the request.

Fone muito bom e muito resistente. Depois de umas experiências ruins com outros fones de ouvido mais baratos (quebrei dois em um dia), eu resolvi apenas apostar tudo em um mais caro e que abafa o som. Recentemente fui diagnosticado com autismo, o que na época da compra eu não sabia, mas eu já sentia a melhora e o conforto que ele trazia aos meus ouvidos. Não consigo ficar sem ele. Mas o cancelamento de ruído não é total, é parcial. O suficiente para você ouvir os próprios pensamentos enquanto estuda, por exemplo, mas ainda prestar atenção aos seus arredores. Recomendo colocar um som de fundo para maior eficiência. A bateria é muito durável, e o carregamento é muito rápido. Apesar de jurar a mim mesmo tratar meus fones com mais cuidado, para que não ocorresse o que aconteceu com os anteriores, eu ainda assim já o deixei cair várias vezes, em diversas situações, mas nunca teve nenhum dano. Nem mesmo um arranhão. Já se passou mais de um ano, e as almofadas permanecem intactas. O aplicativo também é muito intuitivo. Nunca cheguei a tentar utilizar o recurso da inteligência artificial. Permite duas conexões simultâneas, mas não se engane se você não entende o suficiente de tecnologia; a saída de áudio não é simultânea. Se seu celular conectado emite um som de notificação, por exemplo, enquanto utiliza seu computador conectado para ouvir algo, o som da notificação irá substituir o som do computador. Deve-se atentar a isso. Excelente fone de ouvido. Recomendo demais. Mas não use por muito tempo - pode causar um desconforto nas orelhas depois de horas seguidas de uso - e tome cuidado com o volume - o máximo é muito alto.

Definitely 5 stars for the price. I am got these to replace my Sony MDR 1000x (basically the old version of the XM4). Which were 5 X more expensive than these. I beat of my headphones, running, using them for the gym, lots of travel and being thrown into bags. So I decided to go for a cheaper option this time. Although my Sony's lasted almost 10 years I had to keep repairing them myself to keep them going. So here's my comparison against a pretty premium pair of headphones- my wife also has Bose QC35's and I've used them plenty too. Pros: - Sound Isolation is amazing, it has a very good seal over the ears (I have a big head and ears too) - Very comfortable, and suprisingly light. Ear cups feel memory foamish - noise cancelling is pretty great, and it doesn't cause discomfort like some cheap NC - Bass is powerful if you like that - they look good and feel of reasonable quality - the battery is as advertised Cons: - Sound quality over all is not spectacular, but good for the price. The bass is good but the mids and highs are a bit muddy. Honestly though it's completely fine and probably the best sound you'll get around this price. - Turning on the Noise cancelling causes a noticeable dip in sound quality. Although the NC is very impressive, it definitely causes the sound quality to become a bit more tinny. While the bass is still there. Everything else gets washed out. I find myself needing to change EQ settings when I turn NC On and Off. For this reason I have been using them with NC off mostly ( a bit annoying too as it defaults to being on everytime) So if you're tossing up between getting these or breaking the bank. Just know the main thing you'll sacrifice is sound quality. The NC is good, the soundcore app is nice enough, they look good and even sound decent enough. I'm perfectly happy to use these instead of more expensive headphones.

Ich hatte hier zuvor im Rahmen eines Angebotes die Hama Calypso erworben, da ich nur ein günstiges an ihr Headset wollte, um in der Wohnung oder auf dem Balkon auch mal laut Musik hören zu können oder ungestört Serie schauen zu können. Die Akkulaufzeit hat mich da schon sehr beeindruckt aber das Headset war insgesamt sehr knarzig hatte nicht wirklich den beigen Farbton, den ich wollte (eher grau) und nach der Zeit taten die Polster auf den Ohren weh, obwohl sehr weich. Die Hammer haben keinen aktives NoiseCancelling. Dann habe ich dieses Angebot entdeckt im Rahmen der Prime Days und war von den Reviews und den Bewertungen bei YouTube beeindruckt Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schien absolut zu stimmen.. und auch jetzt in der Realität kann ich das bestätigen für den Preis ein Top Headset? Es sieht wirklich schön aus, ist sehr flexibel und angenehm zu tragen. Auch nach mehreren Stunden tun mir die Polster nicht an den Ohren weh. Sie sind wirklich ultra weich und haben eine sehr gute Passform für meine Ohren. Die Bedienung am Headset selbst ist sehr einfach. Innerhalb der App kann man nicht wirklich für einstellen aber es ist okay. Mir selbst reichen für Serie gucken und laut Musik hören bei Hausarbeit und Co. Die voreingestellten SoundSettings. Die drei Stufen beim NC Hab natürlich Auswirkungen auf den Ton, weshalb ich je nach Modus (Serie oder Musik) umstellen muss, damit es sich gut anhört. Das finnisch lässt sich sehr hochwertig an. Und anders als die Hama Calypso knarzen sie nicht. Bin wirklich sehr sehr happy mit diesem Kauf.
