Helps with MCAS that is GI prominent
I tried other brands of Quercetin previously and thought it a waste of money. One of the brands was on Amazon, brown glass bottle with a golden screw cap. I forgot I ever tried Quercetin when my doctor told me to try it again. After going up to twice a day after a few weeks, and maybe a month of use, I regained my appetite that I havnt had for years. I was later diagnosed with MCAS. Easy to take, no side effects.

Great for Histamine Intolerance
This supplement is of good quality and helps me tremendously with my histamine intolerance. At the recommendation of my functional medicine doctor, I take it twice a day in addition to ketotifen to help stabilize my mast cells and it works!! I also appreciate that this brand is clean and not full of any fillers that cause me issues as well. I highly recommend it!

Five stars for recovery
I initially bought this item to reduce my mast cell activation due to a delayed allergic reaction to birth control .I use it with vitamin C bills at the same time .Well I don’t know if they have been making a difference yet in helping me with stabilization of my mast cell production but I can 100% tell the difference in recovery after a workout! I used to compete in powerlifting and since I can remember after 48 so on day two I was so sore I wasn’t able to walk sometimes lolNow it only takes 24 hrs and I am good to goWay faster recovery.

Works well, maybe too well
I took another brand of quercetin for years, but it doesn't look like that company makes it anymore, so I tried this brand for the first time. It seems to work well, but maybe a little too well when taking a xanthine oxidase inhibitor. I seem to have increased joint pain, which makes me believe it's working to decrease my uric acid along with the allopurinol I'm on. I have dialed back dosing to every other day to see if the symptoms subside.
