Wall charging adapters are US rather than AU.
Camera as such is good , but the wall adapters were all US rather than Australian. I am not comfortable using conversion adapters for 4 cameras considering the safety . So, returning them.

1 year review. The app sucks, the sound sucks, the video quality sucks, they don’t stay connected.
I’ve had these cameras for almost 1 year and they are frustrating, inefficient, hard to use, and poor quality all around. I hate them and I’m ready to replace them with a different brand entirely. The app sucks, you can’t speed through video at a faster continuous speed, the “speed up” option skips frames. The cameras lose connection constantly. Sometimes it’s just a few seconds, sometimes they go offline entirely and have to be unplugged and plugged back in. It happens 5-20+ times a day and complete outages requiring a power reset happen a few times a week. The instructions to “fix” this issue are not accessible to those who are not tech savvy. If the camera is offline you can’t access any of the saved images on the cloud. If someone wants to do something without the camera seeing it all they have to do is unplug it and you can’t access the footage until you plug it back in, if they take the cameras with them you’re SOL. Why am I paying $12/mo for cloud access that disappears when the camera isn’t active? The cameras were sold in a set of 4 but the cloud subscription options are 1, 2, 3, or 10 devices. It only stores clips even though I have my cameras set to record 24/7 and it’s terrible at detecting motion so the clips miss important events. If you want to clip a portion of footage the minimum length is 1 minute. If it’s just a 5-10 second event you have to use a different app to cut the excess footage. The sound quality is terrible. You can hear that there is a conversation happening but you can’t understand half of what is being said. If you are viewing the footage in the app while listening to music it bugs out half the time to some robotic and chaotic noise and you can’t hear either and have to force close the app to restore music back to normal sound. The app is so glitchy I have to force close and reopen multiple times while looking for an event because the sound glitch, footage won’t play, it gets stuck in a loading screen, or it says there’s poor internet connection and just shows black even though the internet is working fine. The image quality is garbage too. I knew I wasn’t getting crystal clear video with a 1080p but this looks like a 2010’s camera phone. They don’t adjust for lighting differences well either. If I have my kitchen light on half of the screen is white and the brightness is too high everywhere else but at least you can still see the living room. The camera is located 20ft away in the living room facing the kitchen. The only time the images look good is in night mode, then everything is pretty clear. 2 months ago I noticed a dead/blured spot in one of my cameras. The exterior is clean but the spot persists. It’s like a dark spot in your vision that never goes away. The cameras are not discreet at all. The black cord is impossible to disguise and the big black face with a white base stands out against everything. The app sucks, the sound sucks, the video quality sucks, they don’t stay connected, and you can’t access saved cloud footage unless the camera is connected and properly functioning. This purchase was a waste of my time and money and has only brought me frustration for the last 11.5 months. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they do record video and audio, so it’s not a completely defective product, they just do it very poorly.

Decent video quality, poor connection frequency.
I purchased these cameras because I liked that they are accessible through the app and don't need extra equipment mounted in the house. I also liked that they offer two way communication and that you can store video locally on SD cards Having said that, the video quality is pretty decent but I can only connect to the cameras about 70% of the time and only about 30% of the time to the two way communication. I live in a fifth wheel so they aren't far away from Wi-Fi and my Wi-Fi is stable. Overall I'm still happy with the purchase.
