Recieved nail extension gel instead of poly gel, is it the same thing?

Yes it is. The name Polygel is patented by gelish so they legally can't call it polygel.

Is this mma and hema gree

Yes it has HEMA in is sadly. All Makartt gel products have HEMA I have recently learned. I have even developed contact dermatitis from using the Makartt products!

Can can you use a primer only without the gel base? I use Gelish polygel and it only uses a primer can I do the same with this polygel?

The product stays on longer and has a less chance of breaking off when you use the gel base in addition to the primer, in my experience.
