Nice basic grill that cooks quite well, holds up well
I'm writing this review more of the manufacturer and support than of the item itself; I've just finished assembling it an have not cooked on it yet to be able to give feedback on the grill itself. I can say that the assembly takes a little while; I'm mechanically inclined and it was still over an hour. Once assembled, it's fairly sturdy, though certainly not dead solid feeling as with the grills that cost 10 times as much. For the price, I'd say it has decnt build quality, and for those who said holes didn't line up, I'd recommend installing all fasteners loosely in each step, making sure all align (it'll take some wiggling of parts sometimes) THEN tightening the fasteners. When I did that, I had no trouble getting things to align. My grill arrived with a bit of a beat up box; the manufacturer seems to ship those in the same boxes they would if they were going to the local big box store. That could be improved on, many Amazon sellers have figured out the shippers are gonna be rough, especially on the stuff that is overweight but forced on them by the deal they made to get Amazons business. These guys could benefit from a bit more protection in the box, even if they had to redesign packaging for Amazon sales. The main reason for this review is to give kudos to not only Amazon, but also to the manufacturer's parts service company. One of my cooking grids arrived broken, and a couple sheet metal parts were lightly dented. I probably should have stopped, and let Amazon send a replacement at that point, but I went ahead and assembled it, figuring I'd get the grid replaced. (I didn't care about the minor dents, I use my grill heavily, and they never stay beautiful for long) Amazon would have been happy to ship me a whole new grill and eat shipping on it and the return... but that seemed silly to me. I said I'd reach out to the manufacturer to get just the grid replaced....and the Amazon rep assured me that if there were charges for that, Amazon would refund me! So I called the number for parts from my owners manual, got a very helpful person on the phone at support, and within minutes he had a replacement part on its way to me under warranty, in exchange for a quick email to prove I'd bought the grill within 60 days. So... both Amazon and Nexgrill (parent company of Megamaster) take great care of their customers, and from the other reviews here, I look forward to a grill that should do a great job cooking my food evenly and with plenty heat and shelf space - this really is a LARGE grill - without costing what the shiny ones do, and reportedly, cooking more evenly at the same time. In a couple years, I'll know how well it lasted compared to my last one... a shiny big name brand that cost more than 5 times as much, and lasted only 2 or 3 years before parts started rusting away... like "stainless" burners. Sure I expect this one will show wear due to not being stainless exterior... but, I've grown tired of grills that look beautiful for 10 years after they quit working. ( Am I the only one that wonders why big bucks grills can stay pretty on the outside for 15 years with no real TLC, but the guts die in a couple years?) Update, 11 months use. So had it a while, used it a lot. I keep it under a porch roof, roll it out to where there is clear sky above when I cook, don't put a cover on it. If I forget and leave it in the rain, the inside gets wet, washes greasy stuff into the grease pan, and overflows it, making a mess underneath. ... it's big (plenty big enough for a dozen steaks, or 30 burgers), has plenty of heat, and heat is quite well distributed even compared to even far more expensive brands. The burners themselves are holding up very well after a year with no apparent rust or changes in the size of the flame holes (meaning still as even heat as when new). The lid, frame, and shelves are painted, not SS, and are doing better than I would have expected. There is some rust on the flame spreaders, and a good bit on the catch pan. However, those parts are actually removable, and could be replaced when needed... or someone more diligent than I could clean them more regularly. Grease is corrosive... I'd say overall, it's a great grill for the price, and I suspect, over a twenty year period, buying a couple of these will give me a much better overall grilling experience at less than a quarter the cost of big name more expensive models... especially as the burner life of my Weber Platinum SS, which cost WAY more than this, was less than 10 years.

Easy Assembly & Great Product!!
So my new grill was delivered yesterday! It was delivered before the expected time, and the packaging was in great condition and looked better than getting it from most box stores. All of the parts were packaged and protected for transport. The quality of the materials, in my opinion, is better than average. Most grills nowadays are very cheaply made and flimsy. I assembled the grill last evening, and it took about an hour and a half from start to finish. That was with me taking my time and following the easy-to-follow directions!! I did most of the assembly myself with some assistance from my wife when it was time for the installation of the grill portion itself. After assembly, I fired up the grill to burn off all the dust and stuff from packaging and shipping. The grill fired right up and reached temperature quickly. I didn't grill on it last night, but will be doing so this weekend!! Very happy so far with this product!

Big Grill for Short Money
I was looking for a large grilling area without breaking the bank. This grill fits the bill. It's inexpensive, and the quality of some of the parts reflects that. The manufacturer used light gauge steel for most of the frame parts so it's not the sturdiest grill on the market, but it does deliver where it counts. There are 6 stainless steel burners and an enormous 543 sq inches of grilling space. The grates are surprisingly nice cast iron -- if you season them properly, it looks like they will hold up pretty well. One minor nit picky item -- the grates sit above the burners on the base of the grill, but they slide around a bit during cleaning. There's no retaining groove or stops that prevent them from sliding around, so they slip and slide back and forth and up and down when you hit the grates with your grill brush during cleanup. Overall this is a good, no frills, grill, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat. This thing cost less then the parts I needed to refurb my old grill that needed new grates, flavor bars, and burners and is 33% larger. Setup was pretty easy if you're handy -- took about an hour to hour and half. It fired up on the first try. Not sure how it will hold up long term based on the gauge of the steel, but the burners have a 5 year warranty (everything else is 1 year). If you're looking for the most grilling area for your dollar and don't mind the lighter gauge steel construction, this is a good value.

Appears to Be A Very Good Value...
Haven't used yet, just assembled. Will update review in a couple of weeks when I use. Was delivered on time, in good shape with all parts intact. Assembly was fairly easy (took me 4 hours by myself taking my time), but the instructions were all images (no text) and a couple of the steps were a little difficult to understand, as the images were not very clear on what to do. Nevertheless, most people will figure it out and move on. Not as sturdy as a more expensive grill, but for the money, it's not bad. This grill looks great! I can see it will be easy to clean and maintain. At this point, if it cooks evenly with good heat distribution, and can sear at a high enough temperature, it's a total win. I'll be back to review the performance later.

Great build
I was excited to finally find a grill that let me cook for a lot of people, but didn't include all the extras I don't need. I don't need a side burner or a panel to hide the propane tank. I just need a big chamber, solid grates, and decent BTUs to grill. This grill fit the bill. Personally, I love the look. It is probably the best looking grill I've owned. Installation was pretty straight forward. I appreciated that the build actually made sense. I've assembled grills in the past that had me do steps in an order that made things more difficult. This one didn't. The only negative for me is that the far left burner won't ignite with the igniter switch. I'm going to do some digging to see if the wire is plugged in wrong, but it isn't a deal breaker for me as the other burners on will light it up without an issue. The food I've cooked on it has been fantastic. I've grilled in below freezing weather and the grill has been able to maintain the heat it needs to perform well. Absolutely would recommend this unit - especially if you are looking to grill for a lot of people but aren't looking to break the bank on a grill.

Very nice GRILL!!!
I have used this 3 times now since purchasing it in January. It looks fantastic and very nice. Was in great condition when it was received. No dents or scratches. Prepare to spend a couple of hours putting it together. It's not hard just a little time consuming. But worth it. All burners lit right up and temperature got to 600 degrees within 10 minutes or less. Drain tray is very nice as well as grease trap. Heats very evenly and grill very nice. I have done Chicken for 40 minutes on 4 burners at 300 and Steaks twice on 6 burners between 500 to 600 degrees and both came out very nice. I would recommend this grill. At this price it is well worth it. Very happy. would buy again.

Second one of these I've purchased
Amazing grill. Sturdy. Large enough to easily feed 6 at a time. Easy to operate, clean, and maintain. Heats evenly. Made of good quality materials. I had the first one outdoors under a grill cover 24/7 for 3 years with no issues. Only need another one because the man put it under the cover still wet after hosing it down before storing for winter (we're in Massachusetts, USA), and the grates rusted to hell and the drip tray corroded through all damned season, so it was ruined. Be responsible and it'll last you forever and make you very happy.

Lasted less than six months
The pan rusted out and crumbled apart in less than six months. The igniter stopped working in the first couple of months. Very poor quality. Stick to better brands.
