why does the picture include a red and blue bottle? what's the difference and are we getting these two bottles?

The red is what you get, the blue bottle shown is for product recognition. It is a visual so that people can see that it truly is the same product they have always trusted and not a knockoff. The clear bottle is just a new dispenser style.

Yes it is a foaming hand pump and does come out foamy.

Can I refill this with regular hibiclens?

yes, absolutely, I filled mine with a bottle of regular that I had left, and it still pumps foam and spreads so much easier than the regular. I'd recommend it to anyone who has to use Hibiclens.

Is this soap meant to be used everyday?

It will dry out your skin if used every day. You can while you have a flair up. Other wise a couple times a week is good.
