Knife is not a quality!
The Jammon support is good quality,but unfortunately the knife looks cheap and isn’t quality I did manage to brake the handle when I cut first pice and I did not put pressure on !

Honestly “made in Bilbao Spain” looks absolutely crap. Knives 🔪 are a ridiculous Chinese toy .

Stand is not bad, but the knife is the worst one I have ever seen
The holder is of average quality, nice design but it bends a bit and makes a weird sound when cutting. The rags to cover are very good, but the knife is the worst knife I have ever seen in my life, it cuts just as bad on the cutting edge as on the opposite side.

It only lasted one ham!
Not suitable for big hams. Ours broke half way through it and we never received the kitchen towel. The knife is great though.

Cuando compré, No había ninguna indicación de que el producto podría quedar atorado en aduana por ser madera. Resulta que FedEx y dijo que habría que pagar un impuesto de 1140 pesos para hacer una inspeccion aduanal y que la misma tardías 2 semanas en ser hecha y sin garantía de que el producto sería liberado. Solicite el retorno del producto al proveedor y aún sigo en espera de confirmación de devolución del pago.

Received my jamon & used it once, it is superb, easy to instal, hold well, stable, and that’s all I need to cut my jamon. I just placed another one as a gift to my friend. Thank you! 😊👍🏼

If you have a smaller prosciutto, the base will not reach the 'nail' on which the prosciutto should be fixed (see the photo). Hence, I'll have to try to modify the stand to fit the prosciutto on it. Also, it's hard to use the tongues if you have to hold the prosciutto on the stand while you are cutting it. The knife is flexible, but it feels cheap, and even after sharpening it, it really doesn't cut the meat, especially not the thin slices. So, I had to use another knife. I expected more from the product for CAD150.

Für Privatgebrauçh bestens geeignet, sauber verarbeitet, Bohrlöcher präzise, Gewinde exakt geschnitten. Zubehör sehr gut. Tolles Produkt, mittags bestellt, am nächsten Nachmittag geliefert. Was will man mehr.
