Excellent devices Temps are well marked Sit on Rack or hand under shelf. We use these to calibrate ovens The respond quickly and are very easy to read while inside oven.

These are the best oven thermometers I have ever used. As a pastry chef, I need to know what’s going on in the oven .. and working at a restaurant where the oven is used relentlessly, it can be off by a few degrees (or 40?!!!). These are small but easily readable. You can set them on a rack, or hang them … either way, they are super accurate and work very well. Knowing the correct oven temp when baking things as temperamental as macarons or cinnamon rolls is key! I highly recommend these … totally worth it!

Smaller than expected. Tough to read the small dial in a hot oven. Of course the meter show a variance of 4-5 degrees when I tested them side by side. We had another brand, bigger dials but the inside of the glass and the dial turned black and not readable.

After one of my wall ovens' heating elements blew out and was replaced, I felt that the oven was too hot. I purchased a two-pack and tested both ovens. Sure enough, the oven was running too hot, and I was able to adjust the temp.

These are amazing! Glad to be able to read the hot spots in my oven! They hang on the racks and I never have to move them! I bake macarons and they are very finicky and these help a ton!

Works great. Makes using the oven easier.

Inexpensive and accurate. What else do you need to prove that the first repair guy was totally wrong?

This work well, but they are SO SMALL that you can barely see the temp, especially inside your oven. I've purchased these before and they were 3" in diameter, making them easy to read. This one is just 2".

Accuracy of tempature questionable.
