I have to take DIM with my HRT pellets. This is great! I think the ingredients are more effective than the ones they sell at the doctor’s office, only so much cheaper. I like how they are gels that go down easy, they don’t taste bad, and I only have to take one a day. I have been taking these for over a year. Love them!

I purchased these for hormone regulation. I had been feeling a bit off. Safe to say these did the trick and had me feeling myself again. Big pill but easy to swallow. No smell with quality support. A must have in my supplements.

The product is good, but the seal on the lid (after removing the cap) is the MOST difficult to remove of any product I have ever used!!! It is so strongly attached with glue. I end up using a knife to open it and even that is difficult.

Worked great, was having issues with High Estrogen levels after receiving testosterone pellets. Knocked the levels down to normal.

I tried this DIM supplement because it was less expensive than my normal brand, however this one gave me acid reflux.
