How do you lock the dial in place?

Super easy like almost every other brand on the market.. it doesn’t per say lock…. You just move it downward to the weight of the animal, and when administering the the animal you just push the syringe.. it makes it where it’s impossible to overdose.. the guide stops the syringe from being able to go any further when you plunge it to extract the wormer..

How do you open it? I cannot get the cap off

It pops off very hard. I always need my husband to open it n it kind of rolls off to the side. You have to grab at the base of the cap.
