They are the most captivating of ALL the POPEYE cartoons! If you are a true POPEYE FAN, these are by far the BEST available as only the legendary Fleischer Studios could make them.

Fleischer Popeye Four-Disc DVD Set
EVEN being BLACK & WHITE and dated, these are the most fluid (the older-style, labor-intensive animation techniques have been used). They are the most captivating of ALL the POPEYE cartoons! If you are a true POPEYE FAN, these are by far the BEST available as only the legendary Fleischer Studios could make them.
