I had the most horrible cracked, scaly heels. My dermatologist recommended a 40% urea cream twice daily and I chose this one. Within a month, about 90% of the callus on my heels was gone. It adsorbs to the skin quickly so it doesn't leave a mess. There is no annoying fragrance to cause allergic issues. It also has the right viscosity to make it easy to apply without being too sticky or too thin. This product is perfect for my needs and I think you'll find it's perfect for yours, too.I buy two tubs at a time, one for my nightstand for when I go to bed and one for my swim bag (I do that in the morning, so I apply after swimming) and they last me about a couple of months each.

I was SERIOUSLY impressed! Worked so so well! Seemed greasy at first but thats how the cream is! Very soft, didnt really have a smell to it which i can care less ha! I usually put it on at night & put cozy socks till the morning. By that time rolls around I noticed after that first night it was a game changer! Ive been using this 2x a day for about a month now & im just extremely happy with the results! I will be continuing on my journey with this till im satisfied with my footsies lol

This is the first cream that has soften a patch of psoriasis on my leg! Even the Dermatologist was surprised. Best news is I can use it every day without worry. Thanks to the maker for it!

I wish I would have taken a before picture, but getting my feet ready for summer and wow this works on the hard calloused skin that doesn't want to budge. After using it...it starts softening those areas and with continuous use those ruff and calloused areas will be gone. A little goes a long way and will last a long time. I've been using it on my feet for about 2 weeks now and my feet are summer ready. Yaay!!! My husband uses it too and loves it. Nice and thick, no scent to me and not greasy at all. Absorbs right in and immediately starts working. I waited to write this review purposely to see if it would work and happy to say it does. You don't have to use it for just feet. Would work great for knees, elbows, or just anywhere you have some dry skin you want to soften, but don't use it on your face. It's too strong for face area. Great purchase.

Something that finally worked!!! I've been struggling for a few years to heal the cracks on my heels and I had tried so many different products and remedies and nothing truly worked to HEAL! I went to a podiatrist who prescribed Urea 40% cream. I didn't want to wait for the pharmacy and insurance so I came to Amazon and read lots of reviews and ultimately landed on this product and boy I'm so glad I did! I used this nightly for the first week, then every other night for about a week and now I use it maybe twice a week for maintaining the softness andnuse regularlotion in between as well as my normal scrubbing of my heels after a bath or shower etc. The urea cream can be irritating to skin that isn't thick if used for prolonged periods of time so try to focus on just the thick calluses on your feet/elbows/knees etc to avoid that. To really lock in the moisture and intensify the effectiveness, I used this cream along with those spa socks that have gel lined heels which really seems to help too. It is very lightweight, non-greasy, no scent and it just what the doctor ordered! There is 6 weeks between my two (embarrassing) pictures, but I noticed forward moving improvement right away
