After reporting an issue with the Lucsuer OxyGlow2 facial machine and provided a video for troubleshooting. After testing all attachments and the charger, their customer support offered a replacement device in a timely fashion.

Both Stopped Charging after 30 days
I purchased two separate high frequency wands, and unfortunately, both stopped charging after about a month of use. I attempted to return them, but I was just past the return window. I’m really disappointed, especially considering these were priced higher than many other options. Since the exact same issue happened with both devices, it doesn’t seem like an isolated incident.

Attachments do not work
Wand works but only the comb attachment works. The other 2 attachments do not work. Do I need to return the whole thing or can you send me new attachments?

Taking care of business
Looking for some in home salon therapy this is it. I use after I give my self a facial to help with hyperpigmentation and collagen boosting. It’s great maintenance till my next facial.

Great for managing acne breakouts.
Love this product. I have been using it as part of my nightly skin care routine, and it helps with managing breakouts and irritated skin. In the morning, I noticed that my skin looks less inflamed, and/or bumpy. I love that it is wireless. I had one with a cord, and this seems to put out the same amount of power as the corded device did.

Not strong enough for me
It has nice aesthetics. Simple to use and easy to charge. I have to turn it all the way up to feel or see the current.
