What shade powder would you recommend with warm warm beige foundation?

I can't really recommend which shade you should use but I use Natural Beige powder over No. 7 Warm Ivory foundation and that seems to work for me. Sorry I can't be more specific.

Can i use it with Gosh Ivory 002 foundation?

You will be able to use it with any foundation, as it’s translucent.
