On the size L-XL, the length is 45 inches and at the widest it is 6 inches. The 6 inches is the middle of the back, while the “wings” so to speak on each side are 4 inches wide.

Just remove from packaging wrap it around your torso situate it where you are experiencing you back pain and in about 5 to 10 minutes you will feel the heat continually for the next 4 to 6 hrs
