GoSports Arm Sling for Shoulder Injury, Elbow Injury, and Torn Rotator Cuff - Adjustable Shoulder Sling for Men & Women - Left & Right Arm Sling

I have a partial tendon tear in my shoulder. I am not a candidate for surgery but I was told I needed to rest my shoulder. The only way I keep it still is if I put it into a sling. I read the reviews and a decided on this one. It's easy to put on and the quality seems like it will last. As for comfort, it's pretty comfortable but if I wear it for extended periods, I don't love it...but I don't think I would like any sling better. It has a neck pad that slides along the strap, so you can adjust it as needed. There is a thumb loop, so it helps keep everything in place. It's lightweight. I'm 5'8" woman and it fits me fine and is adjustable. It can be used for the right or left arm, so that's a nice feature, in case I ever need it for my other arm/shoulder. Not sure what the directions say, but I feel like I could wash it too. If I could do 4.5 stars I would. I don't have any complaints and don't see any flaws, so I'm giving it 5 stars. It defintely does what I need it to do.

Recent arm & hand surgery with full large bandage brace surgical wrap and drain tube really bulky and the hospital sling was the basic cotton sling was not accommodating for this. The GoSports Arm Sling is really good fit stretch like material with ample elbow room for adult male. The support strap is padded and goes over the back around neck properly with a good Velcro adjustable fit. The thumb loop is helpful in length and this material is great because it doesn't slip like the cheap hospital one. Really great $12 price. firs, functional as in display. Helps with pain neck strap has longer movable pad for comfort and again for the price this is a great sling. It was very well packed with boxes and company information pamphlet.

Arm length is very short. I read the reviews and thought I would be ok but it is way too short. It is comfortable but not long ebough

Anyone who designs slings should have to first wear one for several weeks. They should be easy to put on with one hand. The strap should attach in the front and be easily adjusted, detached and reattached. Padded straps seem like a good idea but they add uncomfortable bulk around your neck and behind your shoulder when sitting or laying on your back. Slings should have flat straps that are sewn on in the back so there is no buckle to dig into your back. The fabric should be smooth, comfortable against your skin and thin enough to allow you to feel an ice pack. This sling meets all those requirements. My only complaint is that the arm support should be a few inches longer. I am a small woman. The arm support in this sling would be too short for larger people. That is why I only gave it 4 stars. It came with a shoulder pad and an elastic band that made it hard to adjust or detach. I removed them both. I have tried 5 different slings and this one is the best.

To whom it may concern,I purchased a GoSports arm brace from Amazon to help with an injury I received while hiking and a fall. The brace arrived the next day, and was a very nice quality brace, fully adjustable so it would work for a child or an adult and was made from a washable material so long term usage was obviously no problem. The quality of the brace was very high-quality material and stitching were very nice and for the price I was pleasantly surprised.I would highly recommend a GoSports arm brace if you sustain an injury and need a arm brace. You will be very happy with your purchase.

Well made and comfortable arm sling. I bought it to replace the basic cotton one they gave me at the hospital. It is easy to put on and adjust and the weight of the material is just right. It even has a bit of stretch to it. Very good price for a quality arm sling.

This arm sling looks and feels great but it is the size of a child's arm. I put it on myself and on my sister and our wrists hung out of it in an uncomfortable way. Not to mention how short the straps are. I wish the arm pouch and the straps was longer to really accommodate a full sized (or plus sized) adult. Otherwise for children or shorter, smaller people, it looks and feels like it would be supportive and comfortable.
