Great sugar substitute
Excellent sweetener to use instead of sugar. Dissolves well in coffee or tea.

Useful for baking
I've been using allulose as a keto sweetener for years and I really like it. This product is even better than straight allulose because the sweetness is boosted with monkfruit to make it the same as sugar (otherwise you'd have to use 1/3 more). It's also powdered, which makes it useful in applications like cake frosting. The price per oz is very reasonable.

Please try if you are a Diabetic
I am a Type 2 Diabetic, and this product is amazing. It is actually sweeter than sugar with absolutely no aftertaste. It does not mess with your blood sugar one way or the other because the process to make both is fermentation. I would recommend this sweetener to any Diabetic or those who cannot have sugar, honey, maple syrup or other regular sweeteners. It dissolves easily and is great for baking.

Very large, hard to break up clumps - otherwise good
I read many of the reviews before purchasing this, but still somehow missed that my search for granulated zero carb sweeteners had moved on to powdered. Thus, I was surprised to open it and finally discover that it was not granulated. There was one large clump that was at least a pound and very stubborn to break apart. I ended up putting a bunch of it in the blender to break up the lumps. Surprisingly, many small lumps remained intact (too large to make it through the pour spout of the dispenser I use). Next time I'll use a different attachment and blend longer. Not fun, but I see that at least it was a better price than the granulated. As far as the level of sweetness and after-taste that many mention, that is just par for the course on zero carb sweeteners. Like anything else, you get used to it. If you have been following a low-carb diet, then hopefully your taste buds are craving overly sweet things less and less. I read a study where they said allulose not only has zero net carbs, but it also helps prevent the absorption of some of other carbs eaten with it. Win/win. Also, they are saying that erythritol may have some negative health effects, and so that is why people are switching over from that to allulose. Erythritol has a slight cooling sensation after consumption, which this doesn't have. So the each his own, but I guess I'll live with the down side of having to break up the lumps. (Even the granulated has some lumps, but they seem to be easier to break up.)

Allulose with Monk Fruit great substitute for sugar
Get rid of sugar and use this. Allulose and monk fruit is a great combination and works well in baked goods. Try to stay off the carbs, so this is much more healthy. Tastes just like sugar, and I am back to baking but only healthy things now.

Great product great price, don't even think twice!!
I love this stuff I put it in everything it's important to understand why you're using it read more information that is available online about this it's an incredible achievement and yes you can use too much too fast and you'll find yourself in the bathroom so take it slow and if it gets clumpy don't stress out about it it's supposed to happen this was an excellent buy I priced it everywhere and found Amazon with the best price and the best product products! Delicious but not 1 to 1 ratio. Needs much more
This is not a 1 to 1 replacement ratio. I probably used double just to get the same effect. The flavor is delicious and it dissolves easily but bc I need 2x as much to sweeten things, it decreases the value for me.
