Does it include degassing tool, goes on threaded end and lets you release the air inside slowly?

my cylinder came with a brass cap-end, not a degassing type brass cap!

Where do i get seals for this tube.

The seals are just ordinary Buna-N or if you prefer oil resistant; Viton seals. You can buy them from your local hardware stores.

How do I install this extra air cylinder

This is the same air cylinder as the one that came with the Hatsan BullBoss. You simply unscrew the original cylinder and screw this one on. It makes carrying extra air capacity very easy. You can have a full cylinder on hand to replace the one on the rifle when it gets too low on pressure (in the red zone). The extra cylinder can be filled off the rifle to its max and kept in reserve.
