Size was great. Exactly as described. The packaging was poor. Brand new watch wrapped In a piece of bubble wrap mailed in envelope. No box no instructions. Poorly done

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. this watch is extremely durable, comfortable and surprisingly lightweight. Great buy!

TLDR: Good watch for the price, some room for improvement though. Updated review: After having this watch for a bit and doing more research, I jumped the gun on the criticism. No the tubes aren't gonna shine super bright, a. They aren't flashlights b. That's not their purpose. What they do is provide an excellent quick reference to what the time is, after your eyes have already adjusted to the ambient light level without feeling too bright, and overall the timepiece is super solid. I use it every day, it gets all banged up at work and maintains proper time. My only remaining criticism is that after extensive use, I kind of wish the detent mechanism on the bezel was a bit stronger, I'll set it to a specific spot to get a measurement on a duration and sometimes just putting my hand in my pocket turns the bezel. Also, NATO style straps are much more comfortable IMO compared to the stock strap PRE UPDATE Old review: Nice watch, biggest issue is the tritium. In all the other product images i see its nice and bright, and can even be seen with a little ambient light. When my watch arrived however the tritium was fairly dim, and i dont really see it unless its extremely dark. Rather bummed with that, as the tritium illumination was the main selling point for me, and I've seen other very similar watches that hit the mark im speaking of when it comes to brightness.

I've had a few Luminox watches, and they can honestly be hit or miss. The XS.0321.L Leatherback Sea Turtle is a great watch for the money. It's not as robust, or as durably built as my 3801, but it wears comfortably. It's very light, and at only 12mm thick, it wears smaller than it looks. The tritium tubes glow very well in complete darkness. With the black dial and white Arabic numerals and hands, this watch is very legible to read the time at a glance. Don't believe the negative reviews. Would I love a screw-in crown and sapphire crystal like I have on my 3801? Of course I would, but at this price point, you get a great watch for your money. This one is a keeper for me... The attached pictures are shown with a black nato strap because rubber straps irritate my skin. Again, don't believe the negative reviews. I have owned a dozen Luminox, and this is a good one....

I bought a Leatherback recently from Amazon. Three weeks later the glass started fogging up when I'd get out of my truck with the ac on. I always try to give a manufacturer/seller the opportunity to make things right before I post a negative review so I tried contacting Luminox through email, their website chat, and the phone number listed on their website with no response to any of these attempts. I really thought a watch of this claimed caliber would be better made. I was mistaken. The only thing worse than their watch quality is their customer service. FYI - I learned through reading the Amazon Q&A's that Luminox will only honor their warrantee if you buy directly from them. Buyer beware! After all this, I'm just returning it to Amazon for an account credit. Amazon's customer service and availability have been excellent, as usual. Live and learn.

Great watch

Love the look, big clear markings/numbers. Tritium is nice and crisp in dark low light environments. Time will tell how well it holds up. Wanted one of these for years now. Finally pulled the trigger. Photos and video in different light settings.

Wirklich tolle Uhr. Excellente Ablesbarkeit in der Nacht. Extrem ganggenau. Hab ihr noch ein olivgrünes Natoband gegönnt und finde sie dadurch noch angenehmer zu tragen. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
