Gives a good workout. Just standing on this for a few minutes works out the legs and improves balance. Nice addition to our gym.

Received and inflated easily - even though there are no instructions. With in 30 minutes 1 of the hooks on the exercise bands broke. Hadn’t even used it to exercise yet. Luckily that wasn’t one of the features I bought it for. Seriously, the exercise bands are pointless as they break so easily. The balance ball itself does seem to be good quality though. Time will tell if it holds air. So far so good.

I use a balance trainer in the gym all the time & with the 'stay home' & gyms closed I wanted to make a'mini home gym'. I love that I can use both sides of this balance ball, its well made and looks good too! In shipping one of the side plastic clips broke and I contacted customer service. They were wonderful and the communication was excellent. I got a replacement clips right away & they were very concerned that I was pleased with my purchase. I will absolutely purchase other items from this company. Great quality & great customer service!

Love it! Game changer to my at home routine. I have tried many and this is by far the most sturdy and durable one i have used. Inflating it was no hassle and it can easily handle my weight. The resistance bands are awesome too, but the best thing in my opinion is the the workout guide (coz it really lets you know how to use this best). in a word: Awesome!

I love the BOSU brand trainer and trained on one for many years when I was a fitness trainer. Now I needed a cheaper product and couldn’t afford the 175$ One so I took a chance on this one. I caught it on a flash sale for 35$ and it did not disappoint. It is more narrow and less non slip than the BOSU brand but worth the money. My only complaint was the exercise bands snap off when I use them after being placed on correctly. I am strong but shouldn’t be strong enough to do that every time lol. With that being said, if you place it on a non slip mat and wear good treaded sneakers, this is mot only safe but awesome. I didn’t buy it for the arms bands anyways. :)

This bosu was easy to set up and seemed great in the beginning - no issues with stability or functionality. Then I tried the provided hand straps. Like other customers described, it took just 1 or 2 uses before the plastic rings that the bands anchor to both cracked during use (no injuries, thankfully). The company sent me replacements at no cost. Then about a year in, the plastic frame began to come apart. I use this bosu about 3x per week - I'm about 120lb and don't carry more than 35lb of weights on it at a time - so I wouldn't consider this heavy use. Disappointed but I guess what one should expect for the price point.

I did a lot of research before buying. At first I was looking for the “gym brand” that I used to use at the gym but in considering other, more affordable brands, I found this one. I have had it for almost 4 weeks and haven’t had to re-inflate and that’s with three kids jumping on it as well as my use of it. Didn’t use the plastic clips for the bands, as I have other bands I use. Overall, I am very satisfied and would suggest others ignore the bad reviews.

This arrived when I expected it. It is a quality bosu ball, and came with the balance straps, and pump. I use it every day, and it holds up great. I have not had to re-pump air since getting it a few weeks ago. it holds the air. This is not a "cheap dept store" ball. It's a quality product.

Habe es meiner Tante zu Weihnachten geschenkt, da sie immer wieder Knieproble hat. Sie nutzt es fast täglich und ist sehr zufrieden damit. Klasse Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

MAterial muy resistente, se ve la buena calidad del latex utilizado. LAs gomas de tensión son un plus. Lo único que no me gusta es el anclje de las gomas de tensión , que no es como en la fotografía. Parece más débil

i use it to balance as if i was on a board and it hold me no problem. i weight 230 and it is built to hold me no issue.
