Nice way to end a day.
This is so helpful if you have trouble sleeping . It mixes well with milk of your choice or water, it also tastes great. It is pricey but I do recommend trying for yourself.

Less stressed daily
I don’t know that this actually helps me go to sleep, but I do feel like it has helped me be less stressed daily. I may be wrong, but I feel like the more it’s in your system, the less stress you feel and react negatively to.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Was really hoping this would work. It tastes great, but did nothing to help me fall asleep. I consistently used it for a month, but the result was dismal. No improved sleep, in fact mostly no sleep at all. Insomnia is frustrating, so don’t add to your frustration by wasting money on this.

Works well for sleep aid.
Tastes good. Does help getting to sleep and staying asleep longer. Waaaay too expensive. If we continue to tolerate prices like these for products that work, prices will continue to rise!

Works like a charm
I have Beam on subscription as it works so well. If I wake up it allows me to drift back to sleep quickly. Not fond of the monk fruit taste, however.

Effective and Tasty
I purchased the Beam Melatonin Free sleep supplement shortly after finishing my supply of the version that includes melatonin. Personally, I don't have much problems falling asleep, and what I found was that this new product still allows me to get quality sleep without the added melatonin. I feel that the effects of this product are evident in the mornings when I wake up quicker, easier and feeling refreshed. In terms of taste, this product constantly impresses me. By just mixing it with some hot water you'll get a tasty, hot chocolate like result that serves as a nice dessert or pre-bed sweet.

Sleep has greatly improved!!
I’ve been using this for about a month and it’s really helped improved my quality of sleep. As a mom of four young kids, I need all the quality sleep I can get, and this has done the job! I recommend!!
