Pick one...they are both delicious. I put them on crackers, apple slices, hors d'oeuvres, sandwiches, baked potatoes, and French fries, to name a few. The most unusual thing I use it for is for administering medications to my dog. He has a pill he has to take twice a day and he won't cooperate when we try to shove it in his mouth. He will even pretend he swallowed it and then, when we think we are done, he spits it out. So-o-o I finally found a way he will happily take his pill. I crush the pill between two teaspoons, and then add the resulting granular powder to about 1/4 teaspoon Easy Cheese and schmoosh it around using the back of a teaspoon. Sometimes I even add a little bit of solid Crisco to the mix. Either way, my little guy loves it and is always excited when it's time to take his pill. If you decide to do this for your pet, be sure to check with your vet first to make sure crushing up the meds is okay. Some aren't. One nice thing about Easy Cheese is you do not have to refrigerate them and the cheese always comes out silky no matter what you use it on. Both the American and Cheddar taste great and I highly recommend these to any cheese lovers.
