This nifty kit has got your energy, hydration, and recovery needs all wrapped up in one tidy package, and it's a game-changer, my friends. Energy Gels First off, let’s talk about the energy gels. They’re like little packets of joy in various flavors that are tasty but not too sweet. Perfect for those mid-ride energy slumps, these gels are easy to rip open and gulp down, even when you're zooming down a trail. And hey, some even have caffeine for that extra zing when you need it most. Hydration Tablets Now, the hydration tablets. Oh, these are the real MVPs! They dissolve faster than you can say “hydration” and have this refreshing taste that makes you want to keep sipping. Electrolytes? Check. No more leg cramps and your energy levels stay steady. These are a lifesaver on those scorching hot days when you're sweating bullets. Energy Bars Onto the energy bars—these are your best buddies for long hauls. They’re compact, easy to stash in your jersey, and pack a punch with a balanced mix of carbs, proteins, and fats. Bought 2 One for the Dragon ride and one for the etape du tour. I’d been looking at getting a pack of gels, tub of drink mix, a load of bars etc as I’d ran out. This seemed a better idea in the end. I also wanted all one brand so I could track what my stomach agrees with (or not). Buying this actually means I might finish the lot before the dates run out - which I do have a problem doing with multipacks of gels/bars/endurance drinks. Good bottles, the gels are inoffensive and easy to swallow- they also don’t upset my stomach as some others do. I also bought a Maurten multipack thing as that was what was to be at the feed stations in France. That had hardly anything in. This high 5 one was much better value for money.

Really like the high 5 stuff, taste nice and good for long rides… Use these for endurance riding

Great for trying out lots of the High 5 products, excellebt price. The bottle feels well made however the cap freely opens and closes with tilting, so isn't great for using during exercise, as its frustrating trying to keep the cap open with your teeth while drinking. The gels are maybe too watery for my preference, but I'm a fan of the electrolyte tablets and berry energy bars!
