Fantastic costumer service! I ordered two boxes. The first one I unwrapped was perfect. The second one had two broken jars and the board with the rings was also broken. The boxes were great so I didn't want to return everything. I contacted the seller and sent them pictures of the broken items. They were happy to send me replacement parts. I received them quickly and everything is intact. Very happy with the company.

The girls have built this out fast. I didn’t realize they’d build down past the Queen excluder.ordered two more of these! 6.10.21. My daughter had to have her jar of honey comb. Pulled one jar. Brought to the front porch and the bees made their way back home after a little while. Good customer service on my 2 orders. Faster than expected delivery with today’s crazy delivery system.

Built well just wish it did not arrive with missing parts and broken glass. To bad you cannot just get a replacement of the broken jars.. An awful big item to ship back for a replacement.

This is a very well put together piece. It has an awesome design , they thought of everything from the screened spacer to help cooling and the plexiglass window insert for the viewing door. real top quality and fits perfectly on an 8 frame set-up. I am so excited to get some jar-comb honey!

I was skeptical about whether the bees would actually build combs in the jars but they really did. Not sure how much honey it will produce but it worked as promised. Very good quality and observation door/window is pretty cool.

Arrived with all broken jars, glass everywhere, can't use the box.

This is a great hive!! When 2 jars came broken due to my FedEx driver the seller had me send pics and I had 2 new super fast

I was most disappointed. The package arrived in a tattered state. Three of the jars were broken. Not a huge concern as jars are inexpensive. What troubled me the most is that nowhere in the product description did it make plain that these are a custom sized system not designed to work with standard bee keeping equipment. They are smaller in width. However the product is well built. I will not purchase anymore and will have to find an alternative.
