The puzzle is absolutely beautiful and was a joy to put together. The romantic scenic artwork is vibrant, detailed, and very relaxing to work on. The colors are rich without being overwhelming, and the image comes together in a really satisfying way as the puzzle progresses. The quality of the pieces is excellent. They are sturdy, fit together well, and have a clean cut with very little puzzle dust. There was no bending or peeling, and everything stayed flat on the table throughout the build. The piece shapes offer just enough challenge to keep it interesting without feeling frustrating. At 500 pieces, it is the perfect size for an evening or weekend activity. It is engaging but not exhausting, making it great for solo puzzling or sharing with someone else. The finished image feels rewarding and is pretty enough that you might consider gluing and framing it. This puzzle is a great choice for anyone who enjoys scenic or romantic designs and appreciates good quality craftsmanship. It was relaxing, enjoyable, and well worth the time. I would happily purchase more puzzles from Buffalo Games after this experience.

I have been making puzzles my entire life and never had a problem with any of them. I ordered this for my daughter and had it shipped to her. A few days later I happened upon the reviews (didn't even realize that there were reviews). There were so many that talked about the poor quality. I was worried and was going to cancel but then didn't. I really loved the picture. I waited to hear what my daughter had to say without telling her about the bad reviews. She made the puzzle, snapped a pic and actually talked about the great quality and how much she loved the picture. She could pick up the entire puzzle without it falling apart and flip it over so she could cover the back with packing tape and then hang it on the wall. So glad I didn't cancel the order.

This was a really fun puzzle, really easy to do, took me a day. The colors were great and vibrant. Definitely worth it!

Fairly difficult, very few distinct shapes of pieces, so you can easily mis-fit pieces. The quality of the die cut isn't superb, which ads to that frustration of, "is this the right piece here, it fits perfectly". It has nice artwork and was relaxing to solve, but lots of trial.amd error, looking at the box will not help you.

Good Puzzle and fun to put together but I am missing two pieces sadly.

Update: Happy to report that all of the pieces were included in the box, however I still have the issue with some tabs bent or pieces delaminating. Since I primarily wanted this puzzle so I could glue it together for display I'm a bit disappointed. I may have to glue several individual pieces together and apply pressure before I glue the entire puzzle. Original: I loved the cover picture of the puzzle! I haven't done puzzles in a while, but I just completed one that was larger that was manufactured by another company and I'm comparing its quality to this one. I'd hoped that I could glue it together for display after I completed it but I'm not sure that I'll be able to do that. The pieces were relatively thin and a couple seemed like they were already delaminating when I sorted them in the box. Several pieces had the interlocking projections bent. A dozen or so pieces had interlocked with neighboring random pieces during transport and had to be gently teased apart in the hopes that I wouldn't damage them during the process. I've only sorted the pieces so I don't know if I've actually got all the pieces, I'll probably modify the review after I finish the puzzle. I hope that I've found the worst of the issues and everything goes smoothly but I don't know if I'll be able to glue it for display. Note for the manufacturer- I'd happily pay a few more dollars for a better quality puzzle!

This puzzle was a lot of fun and not as hard as i thought it was going to be! It was so beautiful, i hated to take it apart!

Even though I liked the picture and the colors, the quality was really bad and the pieces were tearing off.

I love this puzzle. I like the different colours and textures throughout. I would say it's tricky in the sense that I usually do the whole border of a puzzle, then fill in the centre, but that was harder on this one. I found it easier to do the colourful parts of the border, then work up the picture almost line by line, working bottom to top. The image is beautiful and pieces seem good quality l. The only difference is the reflection of the mountains on the water doesn't translate as strong on the puzzle as it does on the box. Only had one piece that had a tiny bit of damage on one corner. No missing or extra pieces. Very pleased with this one overall and looking forward to building it again!
