roborock Saros 10 Robot Vacuum and Mop,22,000Pa Suction,Hot Water Mop

My previous roborock was old, kinda stupid, kept getting stuck but was doing an acceptable job of collecting some dust and pet hair. So, I didn't know what to expect of the saros 10. Just mapping the house - getting into tiny spaces and above ledges without hesitation was a revelation. Didn't get stuck once. I have a compacted space with lots of things. Cleaning performance (both vaccuming and mopping) is crazy in comparison with the older model. Won't replace some manual vacuuming in certain impossible corners, but it's 95% there! Now just wondering about longevity. Let's see The only thing I hope for right now is that store will provide consumables and spares here on amazon.ae, not feeling like exploring Aliexpress for that

The Product Issues: I purchased the Saros 10 on 28 May 2025, and by mid-March 2026, it began experiencing major hardware failures: Error 61 (LDS Sensor): The vacuum lowers the sensor but cannot raise it back up. It makes a loud grinding noise and completely stops mid-session. Docking Station Failure: The "auto-empty" feature is now useless. There is a massive delay before it starts, and the suction is so weak that it fails to empty the dust bin. I have to clean it manually every single time. The Support Experience: I reported these issues on 27 March 2026. Despite being under warranty, Roborock has refused to repair the unit. Instead, they offered a 55% refund. For a premium robot vacuum to fail in less than a year is bad enough, but for the company to expect the customer to eat 45% of the cost for a defective product is unacceptable. They are essentially walking away from their warranty obligations. Verdict: The "automation" features on this model are clearly not built to last, and the company’s warranty is a facade. I now have an expensive machine that can’t navigate or empty itself.

I had the S8 max v ultra and developed issues with tank emptying. I had a smooth return within the warranty period thanks to amazon and seller. I got the saros 10 and am so happy with the device. Spotless cleaning and hassle free. However this is supposed to go under furniture but i don't see it going under though. A good buy and I recommend getting it.

Issues with Sonic Pad Performance My experience with the Sonic Pad has been less than satisfactory, primarily due to what appears to be a significant flaw in its stain detection capabilities. On multiple occasions, the device has completely missed visible stains, such as an ice cream stain on the floor, even when operating at its highest scrub intensity. It simply passes over these areas, leaving the mess untouched. Furthermore, the Sonic Pad struggles with navigating certain obstacles. Climbing over a door ledge, for example, presents a considerable challenge. While it eventually manages to traverse the ledge, the process consumes a substantial amount of time—approximately three to five minutes each time—which has a noticeable impact on the battery life. This consistent strain on the battery significantly diminishes the overall effectiveness and convenience of the device I will return becuse I expect better performace from a flag ship model

I bought this item before 1 month , and now it’s not working it says “communication faild”. I tried to contact the brand but with no response. ( waste of money) awful experience !

I bought Saros 10 back in February 2025, right when it came out with no reviews. But, after seven months, the side brush got stuck with clicking noises. The vacuum still cleans well, but I'd suggest getting rotating pads instead of vibrating ones, since they mop better in my other vacuum. (Yes I replaced Saros 10 with new different brand)

If you have multiple pets and numerous toys with strings on the floor, the Saros10 robot might not be the best option, as it tends to get caught in the strings. This aspect may not meet expectations for some users. .

Ich habe den Roboter im Juli 2024 gekauft und kann nach einer Nutzung von 1,5 Jahren sagen, dass ich ihn mir immer wieder kaufen würde. Wir sind ein 4köpfiger Haushalt (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) + 1 Katze die drinnen und draußen ist und somit auch noch Dreck ins Haus bringt. Da wir beide berufstätig sind, kommt Putzen oft zu kurz und hier unterstützt mich dieser Suag- Wischroboter sehr. Man kann ihn vom Handy aus steuern, was ich sehr praktisch finde. Das "Einrichten" ist ein bisschen Arbeit, aber nicht schlimm. Wenn alles kartiert ist kann mam problemlos die Räume wählen, in denen der Roboter sein Werk verrichten soll. Wegräumen "muss" man nichts, jedoch bin ich kein Freund davon. Das Ergebnis ist viel besser wenn alle Sessel am Tisch sind, Teppiche zusammengerollt etc. Teppiche werden zwar vom Roboter gut erfasst und auch abgesaugt, aber meine Teppichbürste meines Handstaubsaugers ist da natürlich besser. Wir haben Fliesen und Parkett im Haus und können das ganz imdividuell steuern was der Roboter wo machen soll. Die Ecken werden nicht gründlich erwischt, doch ist das auch glaube ich nicht Sinn und Zweck des Roboters. Die Reinigung des Gerätes ist sehr einfach und geht sehr schnell. Das sollte man nicht vergessen, denn das Schmutzwasser im Tank stinkt dann richtig schnell, wenn man es nicht ausleert. Die Mops werden problemlos vom Roboter getrocknet - da beginnt nichts zu mocken. Dennoch wasche ich sie, sofern ich zuhause bin gleich mit der Waschmaschine durch, damit sie wirklich rein sind. Alles in allem unterstützt mich der Roboter in dem er den groben Dreck, Haare, Staub und auch Katzentrapperl von feuchten Katzenfüßen sehr gut entfernt, so dass der Schmutz erst garnicht im Haus verteilt wird. Für die porentiefe Reinheit muss man jedoch mit einem Handstaubsauger oder Wischer oder mit der Bürste einen Fliesenboden bearbeiten. Ich finde wenn jemand mit dem Ding unzufrieden ist, dann hat es entweder eine Fehfunktion oder man sollte seine Erwartungen hinterfragen. Ein Roboter ist keine Putzfrau - dementsprechend mehr Geld muss ich in die Hand nehmen, wenn ich keinem Finger für Hausarbeit krümmen möchte. Daher 5 ernstgemeinte und wohlverdiente Sterne!!!

Uso il Roborock Qrevo S ogni giorno da quando l’ho acquistato e posso dire con tranquillità che è uno dei migliori investimenti per la casa che abbia fatto. Mi ha colpito sia per le prestazioni, sia per l’attenzione ai dettagli. ⸻ 🔧 Installazione e prima configurazione La configurazione iniziale è stata semplicissima: l’app guida passo dopo passo e in pochi minuti il robot era pronto. La mappatura della casa è stata sorprendentemente accurata fin dal primo giro. L’interfaccia è chiara, moderna e ricca di opzioni utili. ⸻ 🧽 Aspirazione e lavaggio La potenza di aspirazione da 7000 Pa si sente davvero: raccoglie polvere fine e residui più grossi senza esitazioni. Anche la funzione di lavaggio è molto efficace: le due mop rotanti lavorano bene e il risultato sul pavimento è visibilmente migliore rispetto ai robot dotati di semplice panno vibrante. Ottima anche la capacità di sollevare automaticamente le mop quando passa sui tappeti, evitando di bagnarli. ⸻ 📱 App e funzioni smart L’app Roborock è uno dei suoi punti forti: • pulizie totalmente personalizzabili, • possibilità di scegliere zone, stanze, livelli di acqua e potenza, • gestione multipiano, • programmazioni precise. Non ho mai avuto blocchi, ritardi o problemi di sincronizzazione. ⸻ 🗺️ Navigazione e mappatura Il robot si muove con sicurezza, non “esita”, non ripassa mille volte a caso. Le mappe sono dettagliate e reagisce bene agli ostacoli. Per l’uso quotidiano, l’affidabilità è veramente alta. ⸻ 🧼 Manutenzione e stazione di base La stazione è grande ma molto comoda: • lava le mop, • le asciuga, • svuota automaticamente il robot. Questo riduce moltissimo la manutenzione. Pulire i serbatoi e le parti interne è rapido e intuitivo. ⸻ 🤝 Assistenza clienti Ho contattato il supporto Roborock per un dubbio tecnico e sono stati incredibilmente rapidi nel rispondere, molto gentili e competenti. Una rarità oggi, e un enorme valore aggiunto per un prodotto così tecnologico. ⸻ 🎨 Design Anche l’occhio vuole la sua parte: il robot è esteticamente gradevole e ben costruito. La plastica non dà idea di “economico” e tutto appare solido e ben assemblato. ⸻ ⚠️ Piccole note da sapere Non sono veri difetti, ma punti da considerare: • la stazione occupa un po’ di spazio, • non lava con acqua calda, c’è un modello che lo fa ma costa di più. Per l’uso reale in casa, però, funziona benissimo. ⸻ ✔️ Conclusione Il Roborock Qrevo S è un robot completo e affidabile. Pulisce davvero bene, è facilissimo da usare, ha un’app eccellente e una stazione che riduce al minimo il lavoro manuale. In più, il servizio clienti è impeccabile. Assolutamente consigliato. Uno dei migliori acquisti fatti per la casa.

Doet exact wat er wordt beweerd. Stofzuigen en dweilen. Deze in gebruik op alleen een gladde houten vloer en dat werkt echt gewelding. Deze robot botst nergens tegenaan, houdt afstand tot meubels en beweegt zich probleemloos door alle ruimtes. Geen omkijken naar. Af en toe (afhankelijk van gebruik) vuilwatertank legen en de schoonwatertank vullen. Stof wordt in een stofzak opgevangen in het station. Nu aantal maanden in gebruik en ben zeer tevreden. Ook de app van Roborock werkt prima. Bijna alles is in te stellen. De manier waarop moet worden gereinigd en wanneer. Helemaal blij mee. Altijd een schone vloer.

L'aspirateur est actif danq ma maison depuis plusieurs mois, ma copine et moi en sommes ravis. C'est une bonne aide au ménage, on le fait tourner tous les soirs et lorsque nous descendons la maison est bien aspirée et nettoyée ( ne dispense pas d'un gros nettoyage de temps en temps malgré tout )

Es todo lo que podíamos pedir. Teníamos en casa un robot que aspiraba y pasaba la mopa, de marca española pero muy sencillo. Chocaba con todo, teníamos que apartar todo para que funcionara medianamente bien, y al tener un piso de 144m2 nunca podía limpiar el piso entero de una tirada. Además del engorro de limpiar cada vez la mopa, el filtro, los cepillos etc del robot. Decidimos invertir en este robot porque estaba de oferta y comparando con otros nos pareció la mejor opción. Tenemos un perro en casa. Sólo os digo que nuestra casa brilla. No hay pelos por ningún lado. No hay marcas tampoco en el suelo con el barrido (usamos el detergente que recomienda el fabricante, pero con agua también limpia bien). Es súper silenciosa mientras está limpiando. Cuando limpia las mopas ya no tanto, pero oye, es normal (y soportable). Si que es cierto que se toma su tiempo limpiando, por eso el resultado, imagino. No sólo puede limpiar todo el piso con la carga que tiene, si no que le sobra un montón de batería. Nosotros hemos programado que se cargue de noche (horas valle) para gastar menos. El mapa que hizo de la casa genial, y muy rápido. la aplicación es intuitiva y permite seleccionar el orden de limpieza de cada habitación así como qué tipo de limpieza hacer en cada una. Se puede indicar también el tipo de suelo de cada habitación. Nosotros estamos encantados, nos ha quitado un montón de trabajo y el piso está impecable.
