What does as d-biotin USP mean

High dose biotin is 100mg this cannot be purchased from.a normal pharmacy like Walgreens or CVS it is from a compound pharmacy that makes biotin for treatment of MS or biotin diffincy you may use 300mg to 1200mg per your Doctor it is not paid for by insurance

It depends on the lot number and when ordered, shows on bottom of bottle, as in my case 8/22.
