My son had a lot of heel pain when playing sports. These socks helped alleviate the pain and have held up really well. they are a tight fit and are able to use with sneakers or cleats without any issues

This is an AMAZING product! My daughter has severe eczema on her hands, feet, knees and elbows. She has had it since she was born. Trying to keep her skin hydrated is a daily struggle. This product has literally changed her skin and our lives. She sleeps in these sport socks every night now. I put on her lotions, then vaseline and pull on these socks. It has turned her severely dry, severely cracked skin into SOFT SKIN! I can't thank you all enough for making this product. I want to urge you to make a product for the hands with the same material (the gel insert) for hands! There are some gloves sold with the gel inserts for adults only. Those would be an amazing product to go with these socks. Lastly, there are a lot of toddlers, young children with these same issues. This product could really help so many parents and children. Again, I can't say it enough, but this product is amazing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THANK YOU!!!!!

these work great, slip a little bit with the sock on, but with a little work you can use with a shoe.

My 11 year old son has played soccer for several years. He went through a huge growth spurt over the summer and has been complaining about various aches and pains so this season I anticipated the feet being an issue this year. I purchased various kinds of comfort products for his cleats and when he started complaining we sat down and tried them out. The gel padded shoe inserts were a great idea because they seemed to solve the immediate concern which was blisters from shoe rub on the back of the heel and pain in the bottom of his heel. However, the pads didn't fit correctly because of how the back of the cleats are shaped. So, small areas of the sticky side were exposed. The grass and dirt stuck to it and prevented them from staying put. So I though, "what about a thin nylon sock that has the padding on the inside?" Well, the nylon foot sleeves were comfortable to wear, but made his foot slide around inside the shoe, crushing his toes every time he took a step. If you've ever worn pantyhose with shoes that are just a little too big you'll know what I'm talking about. So I had him put his soccer socks on over the nylon sleeves but same thing happened. Then, I found these. Best of both worlds! The thickness of the material is perfect and the hell on the inside is thin enough to be comfortable but thick enough to provide cushion. The shape of the gel inside the sock sleeve mirrors the back and bottom of the foot so no uncomfortable drop off from edges of the material (like stepping on something. That's what the nylon ones were like because the gel was shapped to match the shoe, not the foot) The sock material is thin enough to wear under his soccer socks too so it doesn't take up a bunch of room in his shoe (no need to get a bigger shoe size to accommodate the sleeve). He loved these the minute he put them on. After practice that night he said he completely forgot he had them on and there was no pain. He has practice twice a week with games on the weekends, so the fact you get two pair makes this a great purchase.

My daughter was struggling with a sore heal and within a few days of wearing these her heel started to feel better.

My daughter wears these and they do help her heel pain. I wish they were thicker with more gel, which I think could provide even more relief by being more shock-reducing.

Got this for extra heel support. Gel heel is very thin. It was comfortable to wear all day but not sure if the support is there for sports. May need something extra for sports. Fit our youth great.
