This stuff is changing my life and my health. I first got it years ago and was having new issues with mental health (which we know now is related to gut health) and general health issues (40 year old female). Anyhow this miracle stuff started noticeably changing everything from my mood, to sleep, to weight, to energy levels, and skin, and even fine the dark spots, lines and wrinkles on my face. The first couple weeks I really did not like the flavor (as some here have mentioned, it is different, indescribable really) BUT NOW I CRAVE IT. I LOVE THE WEIRD PUNGENT FLAVOR. If you don’t like it though, you can easily mask it with juice which I do when I give it to my kids. Well, I just love this stuff, it’s part of my daily routine now and plan to use it for the rest of my life. I tell everyone I know about this and hope that they also use it. Thank you for making a great and quality product!! I don’t want to imagine my life or health without this. I literally will not go with out this. Most important thing in my arsenal of health supplements.

Ok, so as others have stated this not the most pleasant tasting. That said I personally think the lyposomal C tastes a bit worse (I take both). The best way I have found to take this is to add to 2 onces of pineapple juice and chug. It's not that bad. I actually find the smell (sulfuric) a little worse than the actual taste. Benefits: ok so I usually am the person that reads everyone else's benefits, buys the product and then does not feel any of those benefits myself. That has not been my experience with this. I have definitely noticed increased energy while taking both the liposomal C and the Glutathione. As a mom of a two year old and a ten month old who thinks sleep is still optional, this has helped me to function through the day and actually not drag myself like usual. I'm also waking up now rested (even after getting just 4-5 hours sleep which has been the norm for too long with my little one). Also a couple days ago I started waking up with swollen glands and a sore throat. I could feel my body was fighting something. I was diligent to take this and a few other other supplements (zinc and d3) every day and by day 3 it was totally gone. It is an expensive product but as long as I can afford to take this I will.

This product has absolutely improved my digestion. It's the only change to my diet, though I do take one NAC capsule with it each time to help boost the glutathione production. I've been taking it around dinner time. Before our after. Like the site says, it has an "interesting" flavor. It's a new flavor to my pallet. But in time I'm getting used to it. Knowing how much it has helped me in just one month is making it more palatable all the time. I was following it up with about a half teaspoon of honey. But I don't really need that anymore. I am so glad to have found this product. I'm grateful for this company.

I have been a big fan of liposomal glutathione for years and the way it makes my skin appear generally "fresher". Glutathione has a lightening effect on skin because it blocks the production of melanin. However, if you think you are going to drastically change your skin color, this is not the product to do so. It does, however, reduce the appearance of the dreaded brown "age spots" significantly and helps keep your skin elastic. I am 61 and am frequently told I look at least 10-15 years younger. It has other benefits... anti-oxidant, and increased energy among other things (do your own search). Now the down - side... this stuff stinks like sulfur. I used to take the small little gel packets (another company) and that was helpful because you can take a sip of orange juice and then squeeze the packet in your mouth, but I have found that this brand is more liquid and can easily be mixed in a cup of orange juice and not be noticed at all. If you are like me and often just don't want the hassle factor of mixing with anything, it is completely tolerable and has a hint of orange flavor if you just take a spoonful.... really... just suck it up and don't waste your time sniffing it. Also, do not waste your time with glutathione in capsule form. I am not sure what it really is and why it does not work, but after I came back from living in Amsterdam, I could only find the capsule form and my skin looked like %$@# until I found a REAL liposomal form (this brand). So.... long story short. Hold your nose and gulp it down, it will do loads of good. You will only be cheating yourself if you think the non-stinky capsules work.

It was delivered in the heat of the day by the time I got it it was no longer cold or even cool. It tasted terrible and I got a painful stomach ache. I attempted to return or contact seller and I was unable to. I still have it and am not willing to try it again and wish I didn’t waste my money, it was expensive!

Hello Everyone, This is a warning for people who have copd especially asthma and acute/chronic bronchitis. This may not be the product for you. I have chronic B. and this exacerbates it ..however it isn't so bad where I have to rush to the hospital, I just wait about 20 mins then the construction subsides. It really depends on the severity of you situation. On another note, the taste isn't great, but I take a shot and follow up it with juice. I have seen immediate results with my skin. It is brightening up all over my body. I first noticed my legs and thighs lightening up then my face. My cheeks feel like it's holding a ton of water..ie very elastic and supple, so I believe the combination of this product, Lipo Naturals liposomal vitamin C and Vital Protiens bovine collagen has accelerated my results. It hasn't even been a complete month. I can't say for sure if it is the vitamin C or the gluta but I'm also very impressed with the dispearance of all signs of inflammation. This is my first review for gluta but this is the second time I bought it. I've bought 3 packages of gluta. The 1st time 1 pack, this time 2 packs and 1 vitamin C. Next time 2 vitamin Cs and 1 gluta. BTW I was not given any incentive to write this review. I rushed to write this review because of my breathing. Hope this helps!

First, I appreciate the ingredients, or more to the point, the lack of "certain" ingredients. So, yes it tastes awful, but better that than inappropriate ingredients! I have purchased their liposomal C a few times and since some reviews mentioned that it tastes bad, I decided to think of it as the worst tasting thing for my first time taking it. Psyching myself out like that helped me to get it down. I take it straight. I figure that mixing it with something else would only prolong the "misery", besides I really can't think of anything that would make it taste better/cover it up... that first time was really no big deal with the liposomal C... Same (basically) for the Glutathione. Although, the sulfur smell is hard to get past... it's not overwhelming, but it's there. I hold my breath and "chase it" with a little bit of the liposomal C... I also eat a little something to clear the taste out of my mouth, but I'm able to wait a little longer each time... almost up to 5 minutes... I got this because of the medications I take and for general health reasons, mostly a precaution though. I feel that the liposomal C has helped me during cold and flu season, but with things like this, all I can offer is anecdotal. As for my opinion on the Glutathione, it's too early to tell. Although, I understand that it improves the look and condition of your skin... I'll be sure to keep that in mind when I'm close to finishing the pouch. I do want to be fair, and I've recently received/started taking the Glutathione... So, I'll update this review if anything "stands out", improves or when (if) I reorder.

I wouldn't put on my mouth and give my body anything less than 'OPITAC Glutathione.' ABOUT THE TASTE: We all react differently to the taste of anything that goes in our mouth. Definitely, the taste of 'Liposomal Glutathione Complex Liquid' is not my Cup of Tea. However, do not look at it as if it is liquid feaces. It is not. I confidently put a spoonful of the product in my mouth, I swallow it immediately, and I bring the whole event to an end with a good gulp of Orange Juice. That's it. Some people may not experience it so easily. Still, I seriously doubt that the taste will prevent you from taking advantage of a marvel created by Mother Nature and sent to you and I by the good guys at 'Lipo Naturals' who get it directly from Japan.
