They work well on my leg cramps
I ordered this to help with the leg cramps I get in the morning. It works! I started taking one at lunch and the leg cramps got better so last week I started taking two with lunch. For three days I have had no leg cramps so I am very happy with them.

Beware
It says 1000mg. What it doesn't say is that each capsule is only 500mg. So you really are getting half the number of capsules you think you're getting.You be better off buying the 500mg capsules as that's cheaper.To me this feels dishonest.
